Very enjoyable good food and drink excellent staff
Pros:

Being 75 things looked a bit quirky but the room was comfortable clean and well equipped

Delicious food and friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff were all very friendly. Overall vibe and decor were quirky and fun.
Both dinner and breakfast were delicious - we'll definitely return to eat!

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a persistent electrical buzzing sound in our room throughout the night which we couldn't find the source of, but it meant we didn't get much sleep at all.
When we went to make coffee at the communal refreshment station, both the dairy and oat milk were rancid.
There was also quite a lot of dust in our room which was a shame as it was otherwise a lovely spacious room with a lovely bathroom (which was very clean!).

Not like any other hotel. Great find.
Pros:

Eclectic, funky, great atmosphere and lovely staff. Food also very high quality, short but interesting menu. Room nicely decorated.

Different to the usual hotel but very very nice
Pros:

We liked the room the beds and pillows were amazing and great shower also great food

First visit to Boscombe; this property exceeded our expectations of the area.
Pros:

We loved the style of the property, and the real plants even in the rooms, not just the communal areas. The breakfast, and breakfast 'lounge', was excellent. Our room had air conditioning, a huge bed, and good choice of channels/services on tv. The staff were very friendly, and made us feel relaxed as soon as we arrived. We would definitely recommend to friends, and re-book if we visit the area again.

Cons:

The parking was very limited, but there was on-street parking nearby, but it could be a bit of a walk with luggage. Fine for us, but this could be problematic. This needs to be made more clear in the description of the property. The breakfast was excellent, but we would have liked tomatoes and/or mushrooms to make it exceptional. The sauna is no longer available.
