Great apartment in nice location
Pros:

Spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, wonderful view on the lake from the side of the hill. Probably helps to be able to walk steep inclines otherwise you’ll need to take the car to get to the restaurants.

Cons:

The bathroom didn’t have any toiletries so make sure to bring some. Our host dropped some off afterwards since we didn’t bring any, which was very nice. Otherwise everything was great :)

Mieltä rauhoittava maaseudun rauha
Pros:

Upea rakennus, ihastuttava paikka. Asunto oli kaunis ja siisti. Kirjautuminen oli mutkatonta.
Aamun aloittaa kukon laulu. Ihastuttavat lampaat viihdyttivät lapsia. Aivan kuin olisi täysin maaseudulla. Kauppa ja kahvila oli kävelymatkan päässä. Ehdottomasti tulemme uudestaan jos satumme alueelle.

Cons:

Ehkä saatavilla olevat ns palvelut olisi voinut tuoda paremmin esille (esim. Altaan käyttö, pysäköinti, pyykinpesu)

Chic italian style with the best lake view
Pros:

We loved absolutely everything! The apartment was so chic and specious, clean, real Italian style. And the view from our balcony (lake view) was just amazing! The nature, OMG, the mountains, the lake, really something else! I can’t wait to go back there again.

Pros:

Perfekte Lage, perfektes Haus, fast perfekt

Cons:

Nur Kleinigkeiten…….das Etagenbett genoss nicht das Vertrauen der Kids, da an einigen Stellen der Rahmen „angebrochen“ war (oder es schein auf jeden Fall so). Ganz pragmatisch hat einer seine Matratze nach unten gelegt und mit gigantischem Ausblick geschlafen.
Bei der Leiter in den Pool muss man auf die etwas scharfen Kanten aufpassen.

Et la surprise avec une piscine qui ne était pas mentionnée sur Booking.

Apartment with spectacular view nestled in a less crowded area along Lake Como
Pros:

1. The view from the apartment is spectacular being located on the higher ground. A bit of a walk however if you would like to take a dip at the lake. Wasn't an issue for our family of 4 though, with kids ages 14 and 10. Me and my husband enjoys few drinks at the resto pubs along the lake after a swim while the kids who refuses to leave the water still swimming. Walking back at the apartment was still a breeze.
2. A read in one of the reviews its old and dirty, am glad we had a benefit of the doubt and still went for it as i never saw any sign of that. it is very clean and fully equipped apartment, wont see a sight of dust! the rustic feel whilst gazing through that lovely view! we make breakfast in the morning- well sized fridge at the 2 bedroom apartment we stayed, pots and pans and everything we need. They even allocate a garden table for each apartment with a huge basket to carry foods and plates. We didnt had the chance to go and dine at the garden though as the view from our apartment dining table is already a feast for the eye.
3. There is a small dipping pool on site which was not listed on the property amenities. It is small but enough to entertain my boys and maybe enjoy some sun on the lounger around it.
4. I love the sound of the church bell, well actually, one of the best experience i had in my Italy and Lugano stay are the abundance of church all over. and the sound of the church bell gives a nostalgic feeling. Theres a church if you'd walk uphill- just a few minutes climb and there you will find a playground. Our family played volleyball. My boys had few moments at the football pitch. the locals are lovely, we just went in and played. just pure respect of returning things as you found them like the volleyball net, closing gate among a few.
5. Anastasia, the lovely lovely host adds to the beautiful experience. She had been very accommodating, genuinely nice lady. She even took time to come by and say hello and check if we are comfortable.

Cons:

I could not fault the place. but for the sake of giving picture to first timers in Lake Como. Lake Como is a huge place with many towns comprising it. The apartment is in Cremia which is a little quiet area, we dont like it so crowded and this is quite a perfect fit for us. Quiet means lesser tourist but still enjoy the beautiful lakeside and restaurants for food and drinks along the lake. Its a few minutes away from the busy town of Mennaggio (this is where you can take the ferry to take you to the other parts of Como). In Mennaggio, we took a ferry ride to Verona (highly recommend- soooo beautiful although really really busy, so good to just for half a day or full day visit). meant to ferry to Bellagio too which is also one of the main busy towns but bailed out in the end coz of the tired kids so i could not describe that :(

Charme et dolce vita
Pros:

Établissement plein de charme, calme et agréable. Une très belle vue sur le lac, possibilité de profiter du jardin en terrasses. Les vieilles pierres donnent un cachet très sympathique.
L’accès au lac est possible en descendant par un chemin d’escaliers, la remontée prend 10 minutes.

Cons:

Non adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
