מדירה הייתה בסדר. העיצוב היה מאוד יפה תקרה גבוהה מטבח מעוצב כלים נקיים.החדרים היו גדולים ממ"ד מיטות גדולות סדינים נקיים.עם זאת המקלחת הייתה לא נקיה ריח של ביוב חזק מאוד ניגעלנו להתקלח אז ויתרנו.לא היה אינטרנט( טלויזיה ) בעל הדירה אמר שיש תקלה טכנית אבל לפי תגובות בבוקינג הבנתי שפשוט אין ולא יהיה. לא הצלחנו לישון דקה כי הרעש מהכביש היה חזק מאוד בקטע מוגזם בנוסף היה מלא יתושים.
תודה רבה על האירוח אבל לא נחזור.

הגענו לחדר בשעה 18:00 בערך פתחנו את הדלת ונדהמנו לראות שהחדר לא נוקה עדיין והיה שם זבל בכל מקום מגבות על הרצפה מיטה לא מסודרת מצעים מלוכלכים כיור מלא בכלים אביזרים של שימוש בסמים על השולחן דיברתי עם הנציג של המקום ורצה שנמתין בערך שעה לניקיון לא יכולנו לחכות הייתי עם ילד קטן והיה מאוחר חיפשתי מקום חלופי וכול האזור היה בתפוסה מלאה לבסוף חזרנו הביתה עם עוגמת נפש ולא חגגנו את השנה האזרחית כמו שרצינו הזיכוי שאני אמור לקבל זה לא יתן לי כלום לעומת מה שחווינו בחג שלנו בצורה כזו של זלזול באורחים

The apartment is nice and good value for money but the service is very poor and the area is rough.
Pros:

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and clean.

Cons:

We couldn’t reach the owners of the apartment and were afraid that we wouldn’t be able to get in. The only reason we got in is because of the cleaner who was there by accident and called the owner. Otherwise we would have been in the street without accommodation. When finally the owners replied they were lying that they didn’t receive our messages (which they did according to the conversation with cleaner). They were very rude and unapologetic.
Furthermore, there was no WiFi and the kettle had an electric problem.
The area is also very rough and is between several industrial shops (not as shown in the photo in booking) and with a party next door going on all night long.

הדירה במבנה ישן ואותנטי קרוב לשוק הפשפשים ולכל האטרקציות בעיר התחתית.

Cons:

התמונות ממש לא משקפות את המציאות.מאוד מלוכלך גם במקלחת (עובש ושיערות) וגם במטבח מלא אבק, הכלים מלוכלכים, שטפנו אותם לפני השימוש. הסמרטוט במטבח הסריח, לא נגענו בו. ממש מגעיל. הבניין עומד על הכביש , אי אפשר לפתוח חלון וגם עם חלון סגור ממש רועש. באחד החדרים אין חלון זה חדר פנימי בלי חלון. מתחת לדירה היה מועדון וכל הלילה הייתה מוזיקה בווליום של מועדון לא יכולנו לישון. יש תחושה של חוסר בטחון בדירה.

הדירה מעוצבת מקסים ,ריהוט מוקפד ואיבזור עד הפרטים הקטנים.
יש קונספט עיצובי והוא ברור ומינימליסטי,
הכניסה לדירה הייתה ברורה וקלילה
הייתה חניה למרות שנאמר לנו שלא בטוח שיהיה , המיקום יחסית קרוב לכל המקומות בהם תיכננו לבקר.
המיטות נוחות מאוד ומרווחות מאוד , יש טלויזיה גם בחדר השינה הראשי
כריות נעימות ולמרות שהיה קר מאוד וגשום בחוץ בפנים היה חמים ונעים

המיקום נותן קצת תחושה של איזור התעשייה וממוקם על כביש יחסית ראשי ומעל חנויות תעשייה ,
הבעלים לקח בחשבון את הרעש ומספק אטמיי אזניים לדיירים שזה נחמד ומתחשב.
יש מדרגות, כך שכדאי לדעת ולשים לב שעם עגלה זה קצת קשה אם באים לבד עם תינוק ועגלה או לחלופין לאנשים המוגבלים בעלייה במדרגות.
