It We arrived to an apartment that was described as 2 bedroom. One bedroom was a corner of the living room with a sheet to shut off the corner and just about enough room for the bed.


Dirty Dishes in the dishwasher (and no dishwasher soap  to run the dishwasher effectively ), no garbage cans, very few kitchen utensils, the shower head came off the wall while my traveling companion was in the shower.  I was in the actual bedroom and there was a thick layer of dust under the bed, and the curtains in the makeshift bedroom didn't cover a window so my friend couldn't sleep with the lights all night.   The apartment appears to be in the process of renovation and will be nice when it is finished, but it is not ready yet. It did not.feel.clean. for 3 nights the place had very minimal supplies (like TP)

  Outside the entry door on a very small landing is a mess of sheetrock and other building materials.   I contacted the person/manager through the email I had received with my booking and they got back to me about the difficulty we had using the stove top and that was it.


In the middle of the first night there, my friend was awake in the living room, very frustrated as she couldn't make the room dark.  The next morning I asked her if she wanted to find another place and she said yes immediately.

   We booked another place through booking.com.

   So the 3 nights we were in Bergen, we paid for 2 different bookings.   This situation has left me with a very skeptical opinion of how customer service is being handled in our situation.   I have been happy with bookings in the past, and tried to be honest with them letting them know these are changes that need to happen for the future bookings, but have not gotten any response.


A.  The apartment had not been cleaned in any acceptable standard and B. It was falsely represented stating it has 2 bedrooms.

Urein oppvask i full maskin, ingen oppvaskmiddel.
Dårlig reinhold

There was info that room is on second floor and it"s renovated but room was on first floor and it was dirty and neglected.

There were some aspects we didn't like, such as the very steep staircase and the fact that the shower-riser came away and wasn't secured to the tiled wall. More hooks are required for towels, and the dishwasher panel needs looking at.

Being on second floor with no lift, carrying the bags on a stairs case was tricky
