Overall everything very nice, exceptional flexibility on cancellation policies (we had 3 rooms booked and needed only one), in the end we still only had to pay 1 despite booking non refundable.

Excelente estadia no Sun Ring. Os funcionários foram extremamente cordiais. O chuveiro do quarto, por exemplo, não aquecia. Mas após uma reclamação, um colaborador do hotel prontamente resolveu a questão. O quarto e o banheiro eram extremamente espaçosos, imensos, confortáveis. Havia bastante água mineral também à disposição do hóspede no quarto. A localização era muito boa, bem central em Agra. O café da manhã era no modo indiano, e não ocidental. Mas foi satisfatório.

Very clean hotel with big, spacious rooms.
We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was very nice. The hotel manager Sudhir was very helpful and he assisted a lot by booking our transport and making sure everything went smoothly.

Everything about the hotel was excellent by way of location, cleanliness and value for money.

Overall you get what you pay for. Rooms are really nice, although hot water goes in and out, but this is quite common across India. There is also quite a nice dining room downstairs and room service is quick. Security team out the front are fabulous and made us feel really safe and cared for. Female staff are all particularly nice and switched on, as well as the bellboy. Relatively affordable and quick laundry service. A big stand out was the team going above and beyond by providing a packed breakfast for us on our way to the train station to leave, which was really nice of them. After staying in India for 6 weeks, I can confidently say this accommodation is pretty average. Tip if you do stay here - tell your taxi/tuk tuk drivers you’re staying at the Hilton because they won’t know where this hotel is and the Hilton is just down the road.

The breakfast selection was adequate, offering a reasonable variety to start the day. The option to order a freshly prepared omelet was a nice touch, though a wider selection of fresh items could enhance the overall experience.

One of the strongest aspects of Sun Ring Hotel is its prime location. Situated conveniently close to the Taj Mahal, it also offers easy access to two highly-rated local dining spots—Pinch of Spice and The Salt—both excellent choices for those looking to indulge in authentic flavors.
