Overal stay,position,breakfasts were excelent!
I knew,that hotel Is focused on events but if someone informs us about 3 evening events (from our 4nights stay) before,we would not book this hotel! 3rd(our last night) was music too loud that I had to sleep in the bathroom- because all room was shaking☹️!
Otherwise,everything was perfect...
-The hotel is clean and beautiful, the garden is nice with a nice fountain, the staff are very nice and happy to help
-A very big parking square so there is no fear about finding a parking
-The breakfast is not an open-buffet but the provided breakfast is more than enough and really delicious and has a great variety, with as much as you want of free coffee and tea
-The rooms are clean and comfortable and the bath room is clean as well
-And for those who cares they have a water hose next to the toilet
- no elevator
- when opening the balcony’s door by me or the cleaning service you will be visited by some beetles
- the area around the hotel is poor and crowded when you want to drive to any other location specially to Tirana (any part of Tirana)

The staff at this beautiful hotel (just two years old) overlooking Tirana and the surrounding mountains were exceptional. The owner was there to greet us at 1:30 AM after a late airport arrival. The restaurant staff was very eager to please and even prepared a to-go breakfast for us as we had an early morning departure after our three night stay.
Breakfasts were the best we have had after traveling for two months, and our one dinner in the hotel restaurant was outstanding.
We had booked a taxi for 7:00 AM on our departure day for a 25 minute ride to the central bus station for our 8:00 AM trip to Sofia, Bulgaria. Unfortunately, the taxi driver used by the hotel decided not to show up. It is now 7:15 AM, and any new taxi would take 20 minutes to reach the hotel. In a panic, I asked the lead female employee from the restaurant if someone from the hotel staff could drive us. She ends up calling and waking up the owner who manages to get to the hotel by 7:30 AM. With no time to spare, bobbing and weaving through Saturday morning traffic 'grand prix' style, we successfully get to the station at 8:00.AM. The hotel owner does not leave until we are safely on our bus and refuses to accept any payment.
Now, that's customer service 'above and beyond' all expectations!
The hotel is about a 20-25 minute taxi ride from the town center, but that is offset with views and privacy.
Great facilities. Really helpful and kind staff. It is a truly beautiful hotel and took us by surprise when we saw how nice it is. Has a car wash nearby so helpful if hiring car. Closer to airport than most hotels in Tirana so ideal for a final night stay. Toiletries/dental kit/towels/slippers all provided. 2 complimentary bottles of water and a well stocked fridge, with clear pricing.

The facility is like an oasis in the desert, it is simply magnificent.
Super breakfast, nice calm location, comfortable bed. The personnels are also helpful, even though I arrived really late they still helped me.
In a night there was a noise coming from another room, but that is all
The hotel is very new.
The location is hard to find by Google map. I contacted the hotel to provide me with guidance on how to get to the hotel but received no response from the hotel. It took us much longer than that we would expect to find the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel , there was no one at the reception to meet us, we had to wait for a while. It is really not that easy to physically find the reception staff or via the message system as you get no response. The services have to be improved.
