To był bardzo udany wyjazd, a dzięki gospodarzowi dużo łatwiej było skorzystać z wyjazdu
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko starego miasta i metra. Gospodarz bardzo miły, po przyjeździe do Neapolu polecił atrakcje, restauracje oraz przydatne informacje na temat dojazdu do różnych części miasta i muzeów.

You get what you pay for. There was more cons than pros. Unfortunately, wouldn’t recommend.
Pros:

It’s about a 15 minute walk to Napoli Centrale. It’s a short walk (15-20 minutes) to the historic center and seeing historical attractions. Air conditioning was great! Host provided recommendations around the area and was responsive

Cons:

I am not one to write bad reviews but upon arrival, the bed made extensive noise. While not broken, the bed was on a metal bed frame, that moves and squeaks loudly with the slightest movement. When you would go to sit on the bed, it sounded like it was cracking.

We then noticed a trail of ants on the floor coming from the bathroom to the kitchenette. The ants continued to grow in amount throughout our stay. We contacted the host and nothing was done.

While the towels were clean, they smelled heavily of vinegar and you could feel it on your body.

The bathroom light constantly flickered and strobed.

Lastly, while not really a big issue for us, you could hear everything above, next to, and outside of the unit.

Everything is fine
Pros:

All is fine! Many thanks to Giovanni for his help in any questions!! He is the Best!! The BB is close to the sights, it takes 15 minutes to go to the train station. The room is clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my holidays in Naples!!

Great and affordable staying in the heart of Napoli
Pros:

Great location, close to the Duomo, historical center and other attractions; near a metro station that helps visiting other parts of the city
We had all the facilities we needed for a 6 nights stay, including washing machine, detergent, ammenities for cooking
Spacious and clean
Small but cute balcony
Giovanni is a great host, provided many recommendations and tips on how to eat and even helped us booking a taxi very early in the morning

Convenient and comes with a washing machine.
Pros:

Jeanette took the initiative to contact us early before our arrival date and was very responsive throughout our stay. She and the cleaner Anna were very kind to let us drop our heavy bags before the official check-in time ao that we could explore the city sooner Anna did a great job cleaning.

The location was excellent. It's close to Duomo metro station, the cathedral and eateries. The place is in a block behind the main street, so you get to hear a little bit of the bustle but still get to rest well.

Cons:

Only two glitches:
This place comes with a small washing machine, which is awesome for travellers, but its placement makes it hard to close and open the bathroom door
Also, it would be perfect if some clothes peg can be provided so guests can hang their clothes with the wash line out the windows after using the washing machine.

But all in all, this place is awesome

Superb
Pros:

Perfect location, everything is near. Not to touristic. We were nicely wellcommed, got a lot useful informations. I would book again.
