Iniziale normale accoglienza. Ma al check in sono state date informazioni sbagliate sulla prenotazione che hanno condizionato la mia scelta di restare. Su booking la prenotazione risultava cancellabile in qualunque momento, senza penale, ma in reception hanno detto che non era possibile. Inoltre sempre su booking era scritto "potrebbe essere applicato un costo aggiuntivo per l'animale", potrebbe. Invece una volta fatto il check in, solo dopo quindi, hanno detto che il costo del prezzo per la presenza della cagnolina (tra l'altro taglia medio piccola) era di 50€!!!!! Al mio dissentire per il costo esagerato, e che un tale prezzo avrebbero dovuto specificarlo già al momento della prenotazione su booking, molto chiaramente, ho detto che a quelle condizioni non avrei mai prenotato e tra l'altro avrei potuto anche cancellare gratuitamente la prenotazione, come da possibilità datami da Booking, altra ragione per cui avevo prenotato la loro struttura. Al loro "non è possibile cancellare se non fino a 3 giorni prima" (ma cosa state dicendo se ho appena prenotato on line pochi minuti fa?!?!) ho chiesto di parlare con il direttore, che però non si è mai palesato.
Intanto i dati per la fattura erano stati segnati e inviato l'iban all'istituto per cui lavoro per effettuare il pagamento con bonifico e consegnatami la chiave della stanza, in attesa del riscontro sul prezzo per il cane, per il quale avevo chiesto appunto di confrontarmi e per la qual cosa avrebbero forse fatto un' eccezione.
Salita in camera verifico la veridicità dell'affermazione sulla cancellazione e chiamo la reception: effettivamente al contrario di quanto da loro riferitomi, e che quindi aveva condizionato la mia scelta di fermarmi in hotel, sia per non creare problemi al mio istituto sia perchè attendevo di parlare con un responsabile della struttura, era possibile cancellare gratuitamente la stanza.

Il campanello del cancello per entrare con l'auto non funziona ogni volta bisognava chiamare in struttura anche per entrare a piedi dal retro, per abbreviare la strada di notte o con pioggia, dovevo fare tutto il giro dell'hotel per entrare dall'ingresso principale.la camera superiore che avevo richiesto non era delle migliori

För att vara ett 4-stjärnigt hotel tycker jag standarden var dålig. Vet inte om vi fick ett rum som inte brukar användas men det var slitet och mörkt, utanför fönstret var som en soptipp med massor av fimpar, trosor och annat äckligt. Under en vecka i denna värme byttes aldrig lakanen. Tråkig miljö både inne och ute. De flesta stenplattor vid poolen satt lösa när man gick på dem. Att sedan betala 40€ i skatt för detta är skrattretande.
