La localité, le confort

Cons:

Aucun personnel pour accueillir les voyageurs.
Tout ce fait sur tablette. Facile d'utilisation, notamment quand la déclaration administrative a été faite avant.
Par contre, mes demandes de modification d'horaires d'arrivées, même d'une heure, m'ont été constamment refusées. Seule point négatif.

ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ iriya มีร้านอาหาร และ supermarket ใกล้ๆ ห้องพักขนาดโอเคสำหรับที่ญี่ปุ่น เตียงนอนสบายกว้างกว่าโรงแรมทั่วไปเล็กน้อย ผู้ใหญ่ 3 คน เด็ก 1 คนกำลังพอดี มีที่ให้วางกระเป๋า 28 นิ้ว 4 ใบแบบไม่เกะกะได้(วางตั้ง) ถึงจะไม่มีพนักงาน แต่เช็คอิน เช็คเอาท์สะดวกมาก ระแวกนั้นไม่วุ่นวาย ส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นที่อยู่อาศัย ห้องน้ำดี แยกห้องอาบน้ำกับห้องส้วม ทำให้ไม่ต้องรอกันน้ำไหลแรง มีพื้นที่ให้แต่งตัวในห้องน้ำ เสียอย่างเดียวน่าจะมีไมโครเวฟจะดีมาก

Salle de bains bien. Wifi fonctionne bien.
Quartier assez calme (centre de secours donc quelques sirènes)
La situation proche de la station de métro iriya et ueno pas trop loin, pratique.
Combini proche. Boulangerie à côté du métro.

Cons:

Literie pas terrible.
Pas d'accès à la terrasse. Ni aux rangements sous le lit. Du coup la chambre est vite encombrée.
Impossible de prendre le métro bondé le matin en direction de Ueno (mais faisable à pied)

Overall great first 3 nights in Tokyo. I would stay there again, but might look for a different option for a family of 4
Pros:

Very nice location. They made check-in easy, but didn’t see anyone till the morning I was leaving.

Cons:

Pretty small but well laid out. Barely enough room for 4 people. Some repainting of the rooms would freshen them up. At least mine.
