Pros:

The room was very clean, the service excellent in terms of providing clean towels frequently. We also appreciated the boiler to get hot water for a coffee/tea. Airco was working very well. Conveniently located nearby the metro station, with a 7/11 just around the corner.

Cons:

A bit too small for four people.

Pros:

The hotel was nicely designed, the beds were comfortable, and there was a surprising amount of space.
The last day when we checked out, the attendant was very nice and asked a taxi for us.

Cons:

We was not quite used to this Japanese style. But with time going, we found te design of the space was the most efficient.

一切都很棒
Pros:

住宿位置交通便利，由成田機場搭skyliner至終點站上野再轉搭日比谷線1站就可到。搭地鐵至入谷站下車，有行李的人可至4號出口搭電梯至地面層。

Cons:

房間很小，在房間走動時，一直撞到上鋪的木頭床架，駝背走路才不會撞到頭。

Location is the best. We were a family of 3 and took the riin for 5 persons and it was confortable fpr us 3. Note that there is another hôtel called the same without the "annex" .
Very easy to self check in and check out. We recommend overall that hotel to visit Tokyo and areas.

Cons:

Paint and carpet refresh is needed. It ia clean thouhg just surprising the first time you come in the room

Quality stay with convenience at you doorstep
Pros:

The beds were so comfortable! We all slept really well including my toddler and baby. Location was so great lots of convenience stores, restaurants and transportation options. Great for families or people on the go

Cons:

It’s always tricky having to check in via QR code when you’re tired after you flight and have lots of baggage. Plus the hallway is very narrow and the hotel is only accessible by very steep narrow stairs which makes things challenging if you have little ones. But this was the only downside I can recall

Perfect hotel with all the comfort and convenience needed in a quiet area allowing to wind down from the hectic pace of
Pros:

The beds were super comfortable! Loved the duvet, pillows and bed sheets. Super soft too! The room was small, but for the 3 of us (adults and 2 teens), one suitcase and 3 small bags, it was super manageable if you are organized. I like the fact that the toilet is separate from the shower room, making the logistics easier as a family of 3! It was spotless! We had plenty of towels, a fridge and a small table on the tatami allowing us to eat our snacks from the 7/11 3 minutes away. The Iriya Station is 5 min walk away too making it super easy to go to Shibuya Ginza etc. And the Ramen place opposite the hotel is to die for and it closes at 11pm! Although we did not see any staff during our stay, I was impress by how efficient it was all organized as they were super responsive by email prior to check in. Would def go back if I come back to Tokyo!

Cons:

Not much to be honest … all was perfect !

Love the stay very much. Value for $. Everything perfect except front hotel entrance.
Pros:

Location was very good. 5mins walk to Iriya station (hibiya line). 3 stations away Akihabara. 5 mins walk to Yoshinoya restaurant, Family Mart, Grocery store and 7-11.

Cons:

Hotel entrance can be dangerous when there’s rain. Slippery and high steps. Need extra care.

I enjoyed the relative location to convenience stores like 7-11 and the pharmacy. Also, it was close to a laundromat. The staff was also very accommodating and helped with the luggage carry and trash pick up. The price was also very reasonable.

Cons:

It was a little small for our family of 5 with all our luggage. Also, there was an issue with the lights flashing on one of the nights. This caused us some concerns with the hotel safety and caused issues with our sleep. I called the hotel number but the person didn’t understand English. Luckily, the chat option was available and explained why it was flashing.
