Clean, comfortable and great location.
Pros:

The staff were accomodating and good at communication. It was very clean, nice and the bed was very comfortable. They cleaned every day, and the pool area was well maintained. They were deep cleaning other rooms and I was happy to see them cleaning the mattresses.

Cons:

The rooms are not very sound proof so you can hear everything in adjoining rooms.

Cons:

The worst hotel and the worst experience. The rooms were filthy and infested with insects and bedbugs. You could see the dirt everywhere, and there was a lot of guest hair in the room. They didn't care about the guest or their wishes if they refused to cancel. When I spoke to the manager, he looked at me with disdain. Everything was terrible. I absolutely do not recommend it. If you want a bad experience, go stay at this hotel.

فندق خايس ما جلست فيه دقيقه وحده وغير امان وريحة الحمام خايسه يوجد الكثير من الحشرات ويوجد بق في السرير وريحة الفندق او المفرش او الغرفه كلها ماهي زينه حتى اني دفعت الفلوس لم يترجع منها ولا ريال ولا سكنت قيه دقيقه وحده ادفع ازود واسكن في ومكان حلوه لك انت جيت تتمشى ما جيت تعكر مزاجك معهم

Loved loved loved our stay.
Pros:

Fabulous location, rooms and villa exceeded our expectations - a relatively quiet street and easy walking distance to fabulous cafes and bakeries. Has nearby gyms.

Cons:

The only thing that wasn’t great was the driveway was not fully constructed but I have no doubt it will be finished soon!

Value for money, great location.
Pros:

Property is in a lovely location, pool gets all day sunshine. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would stay again :)

Cons:

The bathroom needs renovating as it doesn’t match the interior of the rooms or the communal spaces in the property. The sun terrace area upstairs needs the decking replacing and some more seating. The communal kitchen could do with a good clean. These are minor points but all add to the overall experience. However, I would book and stay at this property again.

Pros:

Cove ponúka pekné ubytovanie v Canggu, personál bol priateľský a exteriér hotela veľmi pekný.

Cons:

Izby sú veľmi malé a kupelňa je vždy celá mojrá vrátane WC pri sprchovaní.
