A comfortable stay with excellent service!
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the service overall was excellent. We especially appreciated that we could request laundry service without any extra charge. There was also plenty of parking available, which made things very convenient.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi connection in the room was unexpectedly weak and unreliable. Aside from that, everything else was great, and we enjoyed our stay.

I was impressed with the customer service by all staff members
Pros:

The staff were customer friendly and ready to help resolve issues like Wi-Fi connectivity for foreigners. They provided a local phone to assist with the connectivity. Had to activate my roaming plan to ensure security. Great customer service.

Wi-Fi connectivity issues and lack of access to any English TV

Our stay was peaceful and comfortable, with excellent amenities and friendly service.
Pros:

Our room was spacious, modern, and designed with practicality in mind, featuring a Japanese toilet, a drying rope, and a convenient workspace, which all contributed to a restful stay.
The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always eager to help, enhancing our overall experience.
We appreciated the access to free dinner and breakfast, as well as the bonus of free laundry facilities with both washing and drying machines.
The hotel maintained extremely clean and well-kept interior and exterior spaces, including areas for working and socializing, adding to its appeal.
