I called them the day I should arrive to ask for a taxi pickup, and they just informed me that they didn't have any room for me.
I had to change my plans.

Finally, I have not stayed there. Apparently, the vibes of the bar on the seaside are good.
Pros:

When I arrived, my reservation made through booking was not there. Despite the very rude attitude of the lady who manages the hotel, a smart solution was found by the elder white man - most likely the owner. I wish to underline his precious help in finding out a solution, with a wise "customer-care" approach.

Cons:

As per above, the manager of the hotel showed a total lack of interest towards the above-mentioned issue and a total lack of politeness. She argued that this "was not her problem", that it was a mistake made by booking (as if machine can breath). A person non à l'hauter de son poste.

Great beach view and relaxing place. It is a place i can return to and recommend others.

The breakfast was good and the location is excellent for relaxing.

Cons:

Next time i will not book on the 28th of December as the Mayor of San Pedro hosts color beach party. The place was full of youths, noisy and failed to drive out for dinner since the place was full of people. A bit of mantainance is needed at the outdoor sheds and play centre for children.

Pros:

À la réservation, j’ai choisi avec petit déjeuner. Sur place, les agents m’informent que je dois payer en plus pour avoir droit au petit déjeuner.

Cons:
