Местоположение, сразу выход через дорогу к морю. Большой выбор завтрака. Хороший бассейн. Мужчина ( персонал ) ,который находился у бассейна был отзывчивым, в любой момент включал сауну.
Грязно в номере, старая мебель да и ремонт полностью требует весь отель.
Great place to stay as it's our 5th stay in LK the empress.. Great staffs and good breakfast, not to forget the very hard working cleaning team which was a asset to this place .. bit pricey but the location is exceptional though the price.

שלמתי עבור חדר עם מרפסת ונוף ים. בפועל קיבלתי מרפסת קטנטונת עם שולחן כיסא ומנוע של מזגן שלא מאפשר בכלל לשבת במרפסת. לא שווה את המחיר ששילמתי. המלון נמצא מול חוף ים שלא ממש אפשר להתרחץ בו. למי שאוהב רעש ובלגן אז המיקום של המלון מתאים לו.

Cleaniness is the big issue. Saw mosquitoes flying in the waiting lobby area.
The balcony was very small and they had an AC vent fan on the balcony. So literally you cannot use the balcony.

Top lokatie en prachtige ruime kamers. Vriendelijk personeel. Zwembad met uitzicht op zee. Lekker zachte bedden.
We hebben hier 2x verbleven (uitstapje van 2 nachten naar Koh Larn). Eerste verblijf op 7e etage helemaal top. Tweede verblijf op de 2e etage daar werkte de airco niet (veel te koud) en hing een hele chemische lucht. Zwembad heel fijn maar meestal geen drinken te krijgen. Staat alleen een koelkast die op slot zit. Dus geen cocktails helaas of een hapje eten (enkel zakje chips en dan alleen als er personeel is).
