Beach side location but little else
Pros:

This place is all about location- 2 mins from the beach and surrounded by nightlife options.
Large bedroom and bathroom and comfortable beds. Convenient parking underneath

Cons:

The hotel needs a lick of paint as quite scruffy- but hopefully not more the the overwhelming fake French chateau decor that would make a President so very happy.
There was scant info at check in, and so with an odd 3 building set-up, getting lost was easy.
Breakfast managed to be both varied, and bland and poor quality all at once- given its focus on the Indian market, i would have hoped for breakfast items from the resteraunt on site to improve it.

Enjoyable but a little expensive.
Pros:

Good location close to the beach and restaurants etc. staff were outstanding.
