Wouldn’t never stay here again
Pros:

The room was a decent size and it was easy to travel to and from the hotel to different areas other than that wasn’t happy with anything

Cons:

When we arrived, they decided to tell us we only booked for one night and not a balcony room. I had to argue with the staff prove that we had booked for two nights in a double with a balcony room they charged us extra money even though we have proof that we stayed there on time when we got into the room we could only have two devices on our Wi-Fi. There was a bar or club close by and from about 5 o’clock at night till one in the morning it blasted Music out so it was very hard to sleep. Would not recommend this place again cancelled or retain visit to Lagos and booked a different hotel. They said they did English breakfast but actually what they call English breakfast would not be tolerated in England’s as breakfast. It was cold toast with a cold sausage and a bit of an omelette.

pleasant stay but for price of N110,000 i expected excellence....how about N95,000
Pros:

English breakfast was good, but menu offered chocolate drink, butter and jam which were missing. dry toasted bread is not appetizing. I know the breakfasts are served in the bar, but low tables for eating are uncomfortable. shower pressure and hot water was good. Gym was good but pls add another pair of dumb bells size between the blue ones and the large black ones. Some of the machines need new battery packs. I enjoyed the billiards table but too many chemicals in the swimming pool caused skin itching and rash. I liked the indigenous dream catcher art in main hallway by the bar but the one is lobby was hung upside down.

Cons:

leaky faucet in bathroom was mentioned but never fixed..it drains water onto the floor. Electricity was out too many times. A microwave and safe in the room for valuables and passports would be a good upgrade.

Clean property, comfortable rooms and convenient location for business visits in VI area.
Pros:

Customer friendly and efficient staff at the front desk and restaurant.

Cons:

Non-stop music in the corridors. Quite environment expected in the room area. Playing non-stop music makes no sense. Staff upon request has reduced the volume.

4days staycation @ De Riggs Place, VI, Lagos
Pros:

The environment generally is clean. All hotel facilities are functional as they should. The internet was a bit slow but functional and available all the time. Electricity was 24/7 throughout the 4 days I stayed at the hotel.

Cons:

Nothing. The internet speed could be improved but I will say it's 7/10.

Fabulous.
Pros:

It’s serene, clean and the staff were absolutely amazing. I enjoyed every bit of my stay here. I would hugely recommend and would definitely stay here in the future.

Great location. Affordable rates. Professional Staff.
Pros:

The location is the best for any Visa interviews. Super location. Just 5 minutes away from US, Germany and Italy consulate.

Very affordable.

Honest and honourable staff ( I have had staff in another hotel refuse to honour a Booking.com reservation. Didn't have such problems with DeRigg

The staff are very polite and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing to grouse about.
