OK for salesmen, perhaps, but not for anyone else.
Pros:

It was just about acceptable for the price. The front desk staff did their best and were good natured.

Cons:

The bathroom was miniscule! It was not possible to use the toilet since my legs hit the opposite wall. Fittings were very poor.
