Good!
Pros:

Although located in a hamlet, the road in front of the motel is wide enough for you to book Grabcar/taxi.
The area is also quiet.
The room I booked is quite clean.

Cons:

The only thing I want to complain about is the price.
It said 283.500 VND on the app, but I had to pay 350.000 VND. The landlady said that Booking changes the price automatically without her agreement, she had reported this problem to Booking, but who knows...
