Good for a short stay
Pros:

Nice new apartments with lovely pool area offering great views over Alor Setar.
We liked the included on-site parking.
The vouchers to redeem at the on-site convenience store was valuable.
Comfortable beds.
Helpful and friendly Reception staff.

Cons:

Our apartment was not very clean.
Floor was dusty. Found a used toothbrush in the ensuite bathroom!
The floor of the sitting area had splashes of orange (maybe juice?). The balcony had old cigarette butts on the ground.
No soap, shampoo in the bathrooms (the containers were empty). No glassware for drinking, no dishwashing detergent in the kitchen.
Not enough seating in the lounge area. Only 1 sofa for a 2 bedroom apartment.
No extra towels to bring to swimming area (otherwise bring your own towels).
Minimal toilet paper supplied. I requested extra from Reception which was delivered promptly.

Nice comfortable stay, will repeat 👍
Pros:

Location was perfect. Bedding was clean, new and fresh.

We will definitely do a repeat.

Cons:

The second night - outside the unit had a lot insects which would creep into the unit. We believe it was due to the rain or weather or season, but if the management could do something about it, it would be great.

Pros:

The bed was soooooo comfy..!!! this is the best part.

Cons:

Everything is ok only that the cleanliness referring to the floor were not mop or being sweep properly, we can feel the dust.

1/ Designated parking lot occupied by others. Already lodged complain. Was given another parking spot.

Pros:

バルコニー側からの眺めが良かったです。
ちょっとしたファーマシー用品や生活用品が売られているミニマートがレジデンスに組み込まれていて大変便利でした。パンとコーヒーも美味しかったです。セントラルアマンが近いのと、レジデンス周辺に美味しいレストランが徒歩圏内にあるのも嬉しいです。

Cons:

蟻がよく出ました。驚くことはないにしても、キッチンの食器周り、バスルーム、玄関では常に行列ができており、ちょっとした食べこぼしにはすぐさま蟻に集られます。あまり気持ちのいいものでありません。あちらこちらにいるので、いつのまにか踏んでベッドにお供してしまうことも。掃除機や箒があれば、もう少し清潔を保って快適に過ごせたかなって思います。あと窓辺やカーテンに埃が溜まってるので、開け閉めするたびに埃が舞って鼻がムズムズしました。立地がいいですし、スタッフさんの対応も丁寧ですので是非改善のご検討されたらいいかなと思います。
