An incredibly warm and safe stay with outstanding service from a truly dedicated team.
Pros:

Everything about this stay was exceptional. The service was top-notch, from the warm welcome at the reception to the attentive staff in the dining room. I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The environment is beautiful, and the genuine warmth from every staff member made it feel like a home away from home.

Cons:

A wonderful stay with exceptional service, though adding mosquito protection in the rooms would make it perfect.

Nice hotel, good staff, somethings could be improved.
Pros:

The check in staff, particularly Ritika Singh who went above and beyond to arrange a taxi for my pick up

Cons:

Room cleaning needed to be reminded , i.e. not done even after 1.30 pm. Food was ok, same thing over and over though. Could have done better with complementary fruits, i.e. had to call for it, but sent without a knife to cut fruits
