Có phòng cho gia đình

Cons:

Hầm để xe bẩn, ăn sáng tệ, hết đồ, nhân viên yêu cầu khách bồi thường 10 nghìn chỉ vỉ vô tình để rơi 1 cái đũa, dù sau đó có xin thôi không bắt bồi thường nữa. Đây là hành vi quá tệ với 1 khách sạn được cho là 5 sao.

The room was big but hotel it self needs some maintenance and staff need to be trained

They have big room

Cons:

Breakfast was not great, nothing much to eat, breakfast time finishes too early.
The hotel lobby entrance needs some maintenance, I trip many times at the entrance step due to broken floor tiles. House keeper never give us enough bath towels , family of 4, but we only receive 3 towels.
Staff hardly smile and greet you like other hotels that we been to. Staff hardly speaks English.

Beautiful, comfortable rooms and great staff. Breakfast has something for everyone.
Pros:

They rooms were super clean and modern with very comfortable beds. Full kitchen and refrigerator. Very new facilities.

Cons:

Very minor stuff, no shower stalls, just a single curtain keeping water off of the toilet.

Pros:

Trải nghiệm lưu trú nhìn chung rất tốt. Phòng ở sạch sẽ, tiện nghi đầy đủ và thoải mái. Chất lượng ăn uống ổn, món ăn đa dạng và phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn khách sạn cao cấp. Không gian chung văn minh, yên tĩnh; nhân viên giao tiếp lịch sự, dễ chịu.

Cons:

Điểm nhỏ cần cải thiện là khi nhận phòng, nhân viên chỉ giao thẻ và khách tự lên phòng. Nếu có thêm hỗ trợ dẫn phòng hoặc giới thiệu nhanh các tiện ích thì trải nghiệm check-in sẽ trọn vẹn và đúng chuẩn 5 sao như các khách sạn và resort tiêu chuẩn tương đương mà mình từng trải nghiệm.

Pros:

khách sạn mới, sạch đẹp, phòng ốc sạch sẽ, nói chung là phòng sạch đẹp.
nice and clean room!

Cons:

nhân viên chưa chuyên nghiệp, xe khách đỗ sảnh vào check in không niềm nở mở cửa hay xách hành lý cho khách, đặc biệt là khi khách gửi xe ở sân đỗ phía trước khách sạn, thì hôm đó trời mưa to, mà đỗ thì cách xa sảnh khoảng 50m, thấy ông bảo vệ khách sạn mở cái ô ra tưởng chạy ra che cho khách chạy vào sảnh khách sạn, hoá ra ổng cầm ô để đứng buôn chuyện với mấy nhân viên khác, nhân viên thì không niềm nở cho lắm, thôi, nói chung là tạm ổn rồi, phòng ốc sạch đẹp, cần chuyên nghiệp chỉnh chu hơn là hoàn hảo

Nhân viên lễ tân cần được đào tạo cách nói chuyện với khách. Đừng có kèn cựa hay có thái độ không hoà nhã với khách. Nếu ko vì Vinh có mỗi Cửa Đông là mới nhất và có cơ sở vất chất tốt thì gia đình mình cũng ko đặt đâu.
