Cons:

Le seul bémol est le bruit.
La voie ferrée passe juste derrière l'hôtel, trafic assez régulier.
Chambre mal isolée, on entend tout ce qui se passe au dessus et à côté.
Sommeil pas très réparateur du coup....

Pleasant one-nighter
Pros:

Everything was exceptionally clean, not just our room but the stairways, reception, dining area, etc. Breakfast was good and our beds were super comfy. Room was a good size. Easy access to the nearby motorway.

Cons:

Surrounding area is industrial so not attractive or much to do. For this reason we found the pricepoint a little high. As the hotel was not busy, we were not charged for parking in the basement garage. However, the garage entrance is very tight so difficult for larger vehicles. Ample street parking though.

Wir kommen nicht wieder

Das Essen im Restaurant war gut, der Service sehr gut.
Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag direkt an den Bahnschienen eines Regionalzuges nach Valencia. Alle 15 min. fuhr praktisch der Zug durch unser Zimmer, auf die Bitte, ein anderes Zimmer zur anderen Seite zu bekommen, wurde abgelehnt. Der Zug fährt nur nachts zwischen 23.45 und 6 Uhr nicht. Im Zimmer hatte auch wenigstens für den Preis ein Wasserkocher oder eine Wasserflasche sein können.

Nuestro hogar en Valencia
Pros:

Es lo más parecido a estar en casa! El hotel es súper familiar, todo El Equipo es súper atento y amable. Nos tienen enamorados... Cada vez que vayamos a Valencia, allí estaremos! Desayuno super rico, habitación muy cómoda y ubicación muy bien situada. Aparcamiento muy fácil

Me hicieron pagar la habitación la noche anterior de abandonar el Hotel y liquidar todos los gastos cargados sin ningúna explicación , creo que el cliente es el que pide la cuenta cuando se va a marchar .

Pros:

The restaurant is indeed posh, breakfast offers a wide variety of options, the service is very welcoming, and the rooms are spacious.

Cons:

At check-in we requested a quiet room, and the receptionist assured us that it was. However, in reality we were given the noisiest room, located right above the entrance to the hotel and restaurant. It was especially inconvenient when locals finished their meals around midnight or later and shouted outside. On Saturday night we even woke up at 2 a.m. because of the loud farewells.
At the same time, the housekeeping staff start cleaning rooms at around 7–7:30 a.m., and you can clearly hear their conversations in the corridor. One of them even tried to enter our room at 8 a.m.
Therefore, I strongly recommend asking for rooms closer to the parking area, or choosing the apartments instead.

And one more minor comment: one day I found a wet cleaning mop that had been left by the cleaner right on top of my laptop.
