Pros:

Nothing apart from the location of the property

Cons:

The room smelt of smoke unable to stay due to my partner being asthmatic and the overall cleanliness being poor also
Unable to get through to the host communication was terrible
Having emailed about the standard of the room and being unable to stay im still yet to receive a response

Dirty & scruffy accommodation.

Cons:

Not relaxing at all, everywhere was scruffy, filthy stained carpets, creaky floor boards, needed a deep clean throughout. Didn't see the landlord, couldn't use the fridge or freezer as stated, as filthy and full, nasty smell as you walk in, not welcoming at all. I thought we had walked into the wrong place. Photos are nothing like what it is actually like. Would not recommend

The facilities are good for those on a restricted budget
Pros:

This was a shared house and did not offer breakfast. The facilities met our needs which included a washing machine.

Cons:

The house needs a deep clean. It is a town house situated in a run down area within an industrial area of Ipswich. I did not notice public transport nearby so a car is essential to visit other areas. The garden was not maintained. We stayed during a hot spell and The room was very hot.

Pros:

It was spotless clean

Cons:

Couldn't find any mop to wipe off water from the floor after having a shower and there was no one to ask.
