Okay
Pros:

Easy access to the town, friendly owner.

Cons:

Very noisy people in the adjacent rooms and the room above. The floorboards are noisy and I heard them all night, every night. Also, someone in the next room was definitely smoking.

Dire......it was awful
Pros:

No tea or coffee facilities....tv was in Romanian...just a light bulb....cigarette burns on the sheet....shower was disgusting....filthy carpet....looked like it had never been cleaned.

Cons:

Everything....disgusting place

Not sure if I would come back
Pros:

It was nice to have a TV in the room and the location of the property was nice. The kitchen area is well equipped.

Cons:

Tried contacting the owner about parking as it wasn’t very clear where we could park and we never got a reply. The property is an AirBnb but you just don’t see the host. There was other guests smoking weed which was not pleasant. There was a slight smell to the room but overall was clean. No hand soap in the toilets and very little toiletries. Bathroom door you could unlock from the outside. Floors are very creaky and walls are very thin

Overall I had a good stay, just a bit let down with the finish of the bathroom
Pros:

The room was very clean, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The finish in the bathroom was very poor, paint peeling on the ceiling and a notice with copious amount of tape on the wall. I didn't really like the idea of sharing a bathroom.

Easy to access lovely bloke to deal with lovely facilities and beautiful comfortable beds

There are a lot of stairs if you stay on top floor but that can’t be helped

Disgusting place
Pros:

Conveniently close to Ipswich waterfront.

Cons:

The place stinks!! This also must be one of the filthiest places I have ever stayed in! I absolutely would NOT recommend this place, it needs a lot of work doing.

Standard fare for docks area Ipswich, clean and straightforward.
Pros:

Decent sized room, useful kitchen facilities, there was a washing machine (but I didn't use it.) Tea, coffee and sugar but nothing more. Parking is on road but quite a quiet square like environment.

Cons:

House in general was very warm (but the room I was in at the upstairs front had balcony doors so I was able to open one of those and bring the temperature down to more comfortable quite rapidly.)

Awful do not recommend
Cons:

Wasn't clear that this was a shared property with other people outside of pur party
*blinds dirty and broken
*windows don't shut properly
*headboard creaky
*pillows flat and only 1 per person
*bathroom was very dirty
* tv kept freezing
*parking a nightmare
*floor under bed dirty/littered
*corner of shower in room no1 cracked

Location was in a council run down estate and the only photos on booking.com is from the back of the property. Can't park on driveway as there's a Mercedes all broken and on the drive and although the other people were lovely that was staying there long term the man was on tag and we had sand in our bed.

The place was dirty and an uncomfortable experience.

Cons:

The window frame and door frames were dirty. The radiator frame was falling off, which I put back together. The bedroom door handle screws were falling out which I tightened up to feel safer.
The bathroom was horrendous, with mouldy mastic, the taps were full of lime scale and the paint was flaking off the ceiling. The bathroom was that bad I didnt want to use it. The house was not as advertised as "Relaxing double rooms in a beautiful house"
