The place has potential, good access and good neighbourhood, basic amenities but could do better with cleanliness
Pros:

Location, access, heating and hot water

Cons:

It was dirty. Skid marks in the toilet, limescale in the bath and tiles, hair on the floor and sink, spider in the laundry room sink, the bedroom had a dark carpet which had dark stains, noisy fan, the bedroom smelled of stale ash smoke of cigarette, candle wax on the velvet headboard, fridge was dirty, radiator was dusty, couldn’t find an iron despite the host reassuring they would get me one. The floors and stairs were so noisy and creaky the people above the room I stayed in kept me up with the creaking noise and laughing loudly at 3am

not bad for the price and location, but the bathroom was too small. but every other facility was ok

the location was not far from town

you need to let other residents know that smoking in the house is very wrong, not everyone likes smokes

not much to like really bed was comfy

aweful smell when you walk in floor boards creek in every room
kitchen filthy bathroom ok ish
area house is in run down
arrived at 4pm room not ready and no keys in safe
no smoke alarms in any rooms

Pros:

Bed comfortable near to town. Reasonable price

Cons:

People in other rooms were up very early making lots of noise, thin walls but they didn't consider others may have wanted a lay in on Sunday
