I am deeply disappointed that Booking.com lists this so-called hotel on its platform. This was one of the worst experiences of my trip to India, especially considering it was advertised as a four-star establishment.

Finding it was a nightmare—the entrance was unmarked, hidden in a dark alley strewn with debris and human waste. I spent an hour searching with heavy suitcases before finally locating a dimly lit gateway leading to a cluster of rundown buildings. Stranded, I went to the police, who escorted me back at 2 AM. Suddenly, a room was available, but at a higher price, and their terminal did not accept foreign cards. Left with no choice, I paid in cash and carried my luggage up myself.

The room was filthy—stained sheets, unwashed pillowcases, and hair under the pillows. After demanding clean bedding, I was given another set, just as dirty and full of holes. Only after further protest did they bring a new set, but no towels, soap, or drinking water. At 6 AM, the staff blasted loud music outside my door, and at 9:30, they began pounding on it, demanding I leave. I reminded them that checkout was at 11. By 11:05, I left, hoping this disgraceful place is shut down so no traveller ever suffers here again.

Cons:
