Cons:

I would have liked the market to offer a wider selection. Housekeeping was also very disappointing. We had to call several times to request basic items like tissue and towels. Our room was not cleaned on the second day, and when housekeeping did come, they failed to replace essentials such as trash bags, tissue, cups, and coffee. Overall, the level of service did not meet expectations.

Pros:

The hotel location is conveniently right across from the beach. Great views with occasional live music. Dog friendly and kept clean. Free breakfast was excellent and staff was great 👌
Complimentary cocktail hour and great bar. The food at the restaurant was good and Starbucks was right up front. Kids enjoyed the pool. We'll definitely be back!

Cons:

Our toilet clogged for no reason. They couldn't fix it after 3x asking and we had to switch rooms at midnight, to a smaller room with no view. Half of the elevators didn't work at any given time.
