Excellent
Pros:

I was there to participate in the Big beach marathon. It was right across the street, so I didn't have to get up really early. It was a really nice hotel.

Cons:

I don't think anything could've been better.

The Valet guy broke my phone I’m still out of a phone, everyone was nice but no one still haven’t reach out to me about this, Valet manager did fill a claim about the incident.

Enjoyed the stay.

Almost no parking so you have to pay for valet parking
The process of getting your luggage into the building is hard! Also, house keeping did not come by and replenish the coffee or leave fresh towels. But I did enjoy the stay.

Perfect

What a Mess

Completely disorganized and understaffed, leading to pure chaos. Extremely rude and unwelcoming front desk. Our room, which I had prepaid in full, wasn’t ready by check in time; and the staff was rude and dismissive rather than apologetic and accommodating. They simply don’t answer the phone at the front desk, no matter how many times you call. Room itself had blood on the bathroom floor, a fan that you can’t turn off (runs 24/7 and is obnoxiously loud) and zero storage. Not one drawer.

Not to mention, it was difficult to get our car because the valet is not properly staffed - so not only do you pay a premium for parking, you can’t actually access your car at times - which is a big problem! Complete disappointment. The ONLY upside was the location.

Overall it was a decent stay but some much needed improvements are necessary.
Pros:

The property was new and clean. Staff were very friendly. Complimentary breakfast and evening reception was nice.

Cons:

It was not beachfront and seemed like marketing was a little deceiving about that . We had our power go out during the stay which was miserable. Unloading and checking in was very confusing and there were no signs or staff to assist to get our luggage into the hotel or at least direct us where to go. Hotel is marketed as pet friendly however there really wasn’t anywhere for pets to potty. The room we stayed in had a patio that opened up to the stage and seating area so pups weren’t even able to go out on the patio.

Pros:

This place was wonderful, I loved the variety of breakfast and the staff was super nice! It was such a wonderful place and very clean! I would recommend anyone to stay here. 10/10! We would 100% return.
