Onvriendelijk en niet professioneel personeel, dreigen de klant.

Bed was comfortabel

Cons:

Het verbouwen is zeer slecht kwaliteit verricht. Als aannemer die zelf renovaties doet, heb ik veel fouten gezien, vooral in de badkamer, wat gevaar is voor het gebruik van de faciliteiten. Bij normaal gebruik (handen wassen), komt het van de muur los. Dit komt omdat er met verkeerde bouten en moeren is bevestigd. Dit geldt ook voor de wc rol houder en de toiletbril, van de laatste zijn we ervan afgevallen.

Omdat in en uitchecken digitaal is geweest, zijn we ochtend vroeg vertrokken. Personeel heeft ons opgevolgd met beschuldiging dat wij hun faciliteiten hebben kapot gemaakt, opvolging was via de app en voornamelijk straattaal + dreiging met politie en dat zij kopie van mijn paspoort hebben i.p.v excuses en compensatie. Wat ik raar vind is dat booking.com dit soort accomodaties niet vooraf scant.
