Pros:

Уютный отель, мало людей, чисто а аккуратно в номере. Хороший завтрак с хорошим выбором и разнообразием. Женщина готовит вкусный омлет на заказ.

Cons:

Отсутствует кофейный аппарат на завтраке, кофе только из термоса. В спортзале не работал кондиционер.

Самые приятные впечатления , в след.раз только в этот отель и надолго , ведь там еще есть СПА процедуры и массаж ! Шикарные условия отеля! Всем рекомендую !!! 👍🏼

Отель настолько хорошо , что все номера были распроданы и я не смогла продлить пребывание в этом отеле! Так что всем рекомендую заранее бронировать этот отель ❤️

Cons:

Lage etwas ausserhalb der Stadt zu Fuß aber Taxis sehr günstig oder Bus fahren geht auch.

Overall it was really disappointing, too pricey and many things don’t work, I wouldn’t recommend it.
Pros:

I appreciated them bringing a small cake on my birthday during our breakfast, but unfortunately, I can't lie about the actual issues that occurred during the whole stay.

Some staff were nice, but it felt a bit fake sometimes—like one lady chatting with us during breakfast and then asking for a good review at the end of the chat, they approached us multiple times during breakfast, chatted whilst we just wanted to enjoy our breakfast in peace, asked questions about private life and salaries from our country..., even though we were clearly unsatisfied with the hotel facilities.

Breakfast itself had a good variety and fresh omelets, but the hours (8–10:30 a.m.) are short, and there’s no free room service—only paid, which is disappointing compared to other hotels.

The cleaning service was good, but their “eco-friendly” idea made no sense. They ask you not to change sheets daily, but then they throw away and replace toothbrushes, Q-tips, and soaps every single day—each one packed in plastic and cardboard. Super wasteful and honestly annoying to reopen everything daily. The hairdryer was also very cheap and weak.

Cons:

First night already started badly—we got overcharged for food (basically scammed). The receptionist just said it’s the kitchen’s problem and we should deal with them. We didn’t even bother, just let it go, but it was really annoying.

Before arriving, I asked for a comfortable room location, but we ended up with one right in front of the elevator. It was loud, not soundproof at all—you could hear the elevator constantly, like a phone vibrating every time someone used it.

The pool hours were one of the biggest disappointments. It’s only open from 8 AM to 10 PM, and after a full day outside, you can’t even relax there at night. After 8 PM, it’s also crowded (kids, couples, small space). When I asked, they said it’s because there’s no night shift staff… which honestly makes no sense for a hotel.

The shower was terrible the whole 2 weeks—water kept switching from freezing cold to burning hot, nonstop. The shower head was also dirty with limescale and was spraying unevenly.

Air conditioning didn’t work in the whole building. You either stay in a hot room or open the window and deal with noise outside.

The sauna didn’t work at first either—you have to ask them to turn it on and then wait almost an hour. So basically not usable.

Location wasn’t great—busy road, didn’t feel very safe or comfortable walking around.

Also, the fancy restaurant area in the pictures? You can’t even use it. It’s only for special events, which felt misleading.

We were always polite, and my boyfriend even paid extra to surprise me with flowers in the room, but still, with all these issues, the staff didn’t offer any compensation. Not even a small gesture like a fruit basket, nothing—they just didn’t seem to care.

Unreasonably expensive compared to other hotels, although 80% of the facilities malfunction. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Pros:

Ivy Garden Hotel Baku — это отель, который действительно превзошел все наши ожидания! Провели здесь 5 чудесных дней и ни разу не пожалели о своём выборе. За свою цену это невероятно красивое и комфортное место, где всё продумано до мелочей.
Персонал: очень вежливые, внимательные и искренне заботливые люди. Любой вопрос решают с максимальным вниманием к гостям. Приведу пример: нам понадобилась кола для коктейля, в баре её не оказалось, но для нас специально сходили, купили её и принесли прямо в номер, вместе с двумя бокалами со льдом — даже хотя мы об этом не просили! Такое внимание к деталям действительно вызывает уважение и показывает настоящий сервис.
Номер был шикарный, с балконом — так приятно просыпаться и встречать утро с солнечными лучами. Уборку проводили каждый день. Большая ванная комната с окном, и есть абсолютно всё: мыло, шампуни, зубные щётки, порадовал кондиционер для волос. Белоснежные полотенца, халаты!
Завтраки — отдельная “песня”! Такое разнообразие блюд впечатляет: и горячее, и свежие фрукты, овощи, нарезки, десерты… Каждый завтрак превращался в настоящий праздник для гурмана! Маленький минус — кофе хотелось бы получше, то что предлагалось — это не кофе вовсе.
Интерьер отеля современный и стильный, везде приятно находиться.
Есть тренажёрный зал с щироким гантельным рядом, парой скамеек, двумя беговыми дорожками и двумя эллипсами. Приятный бонус — в спортзале есть питьевая вода и фрукты для гостей.
Для семей с детьми предусмотрена яркая детская игровая комната — всё сделано для комфорта малышей. Спа-зона заслуживает особых похвал: после долгих прогулок и почти 16 километров пешком за день это было настоящим спасением! Тёплый бассейн и возможность полноценно расслабиться сделали наш отпуск ещё ярче и приятнее.
Отдельно хочу поблагодарить девушку на ресепшене — всегда улыбчива, внимательна, с блеском в глазах. Сразу видно, что на своём месте и любит свою работу — вызывает такси, советует маршруты, подскажет по любому вопросу.

Cons:

Все понравилось!
Ни разу не пожалели, что выбрали именно этот отель, хотя можно было найти апартаменты дешевле, но такого сервиса не было бы точно! Если хотите не просто переночевать, а по-настоящему насладиться отдыхом в Баку — смело выбирайте Ivy Garden Hotel Baku. Рекомендую от всей души!

Отель очень красивый, персонал невероятно доброжелательный и внимательный. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, номера ежедневно тщательно убираются и поддерживаются в идеальной чистоте.
Отдельно хочется отметить персонал они просто топ 👍🏻 Особенно девушка Нурай, которая всегда уделяет внимание каждому гостю и создает по-настоящему уютную атмосферу✨
