Great value for the money and amazing staff.
Pros:

The property was on a very good location near to stores and 10min driving to the beach. The facility was good with a great pool and rooftop pool and resting area. The security guy was really kind and supportive and the reception team as well.

Cons:

There was a dust in the room. But in general was clean.

Pros:

Las habitaciones estaban muy amplias y bien decoradas, con buenos muebles.
En una de ellas hasta teníamos azotea con otra zona de cocina y comedor y piscina privada.

Cons:

La limpieza en general, había parte del hotel en obra y estaba todo como polvoriento.
No hubo servicio de limpieza en las habitaciones, según parece por falta de personal, lo cual es una pena, porque desmerece al hotel, que en realidad está bastante bien.

Great option if you like a safe location with excellent staff, comfy rooms, gym and pool facilities
Pros:

Nice location, about 20 mins walk from the ADO terminal and 5/10 mins from multiple grocery stores and cafes. Very nice staff. I was switching rooms and they were very nice about check-out times. Strong wi-fi. Comfortable room. Access to multiple pools, gym on the roof.

Cons:

A couple of cooking ingredients (oil, salt, pepper) would have been nice. The fan in my room was not working (which I prefer to using A/C).

Pros:

Good location in downtown with shops and restaurants nearby. Modern room with a nice balcony.

The refrigerator was very noisy and there was a problem with the ventilator - can't stop it easily.

Pros:

Personalet og servicen. Tv:n og kjøleskapet. Balkong mot bassenget med morgensol.
Treningsrom ok men ellipsemaskin trenger oppgradering.

Cons:

Dusj. Vi byttet rom pga både lite varmt vann og ekstremt dårlig vanntrykk men det hjalp kun litt for det.
Det kunne vært kopper til vannet på treningsrommet og håndklær. Utleiesyklene trenger vedlikehold.

Value for money but no 4* despite what the description says.
Pros:

The room and bathroom were very clean. The area was quiet. The premises felt secure because of the front door guard. The price was good (this was a last minute, same day booking).

Cons:

The property comprises of two blocks and I was placed in the 2nd block which appeared to be the more run down one. The lift was not working. The steps up to the room had numerous broken steps and tiles. The door to the room had "dropped" and would stick meaning a strong push was needed to open it. The door handle was loose which made me wonder about security.

Leider haben wir unsere beim Check-In hinterlegte Kaution nie zurück erhalten, obwohl uns dies mehrmals versprochen wurde, dass das Geld überwiesen wird. Wir warten seit 3 Monaten und bekommen nicht mal noch Antworten auf unsere Nachricht: Deshalb ganz klar keine Empfehlung

Nieuw hotel, mooi zwembad, prima locatie.

Cons:

Geen schoonmaak, geen handdoeken wissel, geen wc papier. ondanks dat we er naar vroegen en hadden verlengd. Het is erg gehorig. Wij hoorde de muziek van de buren, het snurken en de intimiteit.

Fietsen waren duurder dan op de hoek + de fiets was kapot.

De schuifpui naar het balkon was kapot en ze zouden komen kijken, is nooit gebeurd.

Kakkerlakken hebben 3 dagen op de gang gelegen zonder schoonmaak.
