Pros:

Great location, first budget place where the TV actually worked. Friendly staff

Cons:

Light creates this annoying buzzing sound when switched on.

Pros:

I liked the room, it's clean and simple. The hotel is in a perfect location. You can easily walk to MG MARG and Royal Monastery. It also serves good breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Pros:

Hotel management is well disciplined with staff. Good control with staff which is a must to run any business.

Cons:

Hotel infra is designed as per basic WB/OR state people. Lack of ventilation, foul smell, dampness, no natural lights enters the room, and other spaces to unlock luggage. (Room No. 301, 302 & 312).Rooms are very close with each other so there is a question for privacy.

Pros:

This hotel is good at all....... In gangtok i stay here for 1 day only....... But the staff is good at all they are helpful and kind...... The owner is also good his talking nature is good at all....... This hotel is near by mg mark so I like this hotel.... I suggest everyone to stay here....... Thanku palbhue for talking care of mee and giving me a directions to see the gangtok........ And the food is also delicious at all . The room is also clean.

Pros:

The location and the food was nice.

Cons:

The room : When I entered the room it smelled like someone had peed all over the room and the bathroom. I had to tell the guy at the reception to spray some room freshener but even after that the smell didn't go away.

Geyser: I kept it on for more than 30 minutes and still didn't get any drop of hot water.

Charging ports: One port was broken and the other two were nearly dead.

TV remote: It was broken, hardly working and in addition someone had chewed the remote. But, they still kept that.

Cleanliness: Nothing was clean.

*I found a few stool particles on the toilet seat as well.

* I didn't complain about any of that to the staff cause mostly they were not on the desk and I was tired and stayed out late cause of the room's unhygien.

Definitely an experience.

I don't know with how many or what type of germs and viruses I got contaminated with but let's hope for good health.
