Pros:

The staff were really helpful, organised an ILR permit & arranged a taxi to the start of the Markha Valley trek. Food was decent. It’s a short walk to the main drag.

Fantastic stay overall — great staff, great location, and very comfortable rooms
Pros:

The staff were great — really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Excellent location, easy to get around, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The views from the room were beautiful, and the bedrooms were large, clean, and very comfortable.

Cons:

The bed was a little on the hard side — but that’s the only thing I could fault.

Lovely place to rest and rejuvenate
Pros:

We were warmy welcomed with khatag for good luck and freshly brewed Kehwa! Welcome was genuine and did not feel typical hotel forced to do welcome. Immediately our tiredness went away after driving all the way from Darcha. The room was spacious but then we were upgraded to suite with an amazing balcony and the breathtaking view!
The room service was prompt and breakfast had couple of options but it was not a buffet at our time. But we could order whatever we wanted from the menu which was included. We did not have pay anything extra. The property is 800m from the main market but that ensures you have a good sleep without any street noise. I would love to stay here again. Also they have a lovely garden!

Cons:

The dinner we had mix veg was very oily and had no options of tibetian food

Amazing hotel in Leh. Best staff. Very convenient peaceful location
Pros:

Very clean spacious rooms. Amazing staff (shout out to manager Naman, and head waiter Ravi). Nothing was too much trouble. We ended up staying for a week after our son got altitude sickness. The guys had oxygen on hand, and knew exactly what to do. In house food is amazing. Location a short walk to main bazaar, but very quiet with views to Stok Kangri.

Cons:

Nothing. Best hotel of our India trip.
