Pros:

Mi familia y yo quedamos muy conforme con el hotel. Los dueños excelentes, amables y acogedores, se dieron el tiempo de conversar con nosotros, contarnos sus historias y parte de la cultura de Rapa Nui. El personal de limpieza muy amable también. Hotel ordenado, limpio y agradable.. el desayuno excelente y variado.. muy rico.. Respecto a la ubicación, la mayoría de los días caminamos al centro (aprox 15 minutos), otros días usamos Taxi. Solo agradecimientos. Pasamos unos días maravillosos e inolvidables. Nos fuimos muy conformes.

L'accoglienza è fredda, il personale un po' scostante, poca disponibilità alle esigenze del ospite. La fornitura è misurata, neanche un caffè da poter consumare in camera.

The hosts were really kind. They managed tours, car rental, and everything. The room was clean with the everyday room services. The hotel is beautiful, and the room was big. They provide a transfer to and from the airport.

Cons:

The hotel is not far from the center, but at night, you need a car because of the dark roads and dogs. The hot water sometimes gets a bit cold, even in a short shower, but overall, it is not bad.

Cercano al Aeropuerto y centro. La atención de todos fue muy buena, me fueron a buscar al aeropuerto. Los desayunos exquisitos la atención de Vivi ❤️ todos fueron muy amables el aseo todos los días si tenía alguna duda me la resolvían.

Cons:

Lo que se podría mejorar para un mejor descanso el colchón es una recomendación.
