Pros:

Das besonders freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Personal: Emily, Sam und alle anderen an der Rezeption, die nette Reinigungskraft, die sehr höflichen und professionellen Kollegen im Restaurant und auch der Sicherheitsdienst - an alle ganz herzlichen Dank!
Unser Zimmer war riesig mit sehr bequemen Betten und einem schönen Balkon.
Die Lage war auch gut: nicht weit von der City aber abends ruhig.
Das Frühstück war spitze: ein Standard Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen, aber wir konnten uns im Gegenwert etwas von der Karte aussuchen. Super lecker und sehr reichlich.
Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt!!

Cons:

Die farbigem Handtücher und die Badematte im Badezimmer fand ich unter Hygienegesichtspunkten nicht so optimal.
Das Wifi war tagsüber nicht verlässlich zu nutzen.

Pros:

C’est un chouette endroit ! C’était beau visuellement, le restaurant était superbe et le personnel gentil.

Cons:

La piscine aurait eu besoin d’un coup de filet et d’un peu de chlore. La toilette aussi aurait eu besoin d’amour. Un coin plus reposant, sympathique, autour de l’eau aurait été chouette.

Op zich prima hotel met wat kanttekeningen
Pros:

Studio 7c was heel prettig, ruin met mooi balkon. Roomservice was ook prima.

Cons:

In het zwembad worden de hele dag zwemlessen aan kinderen gegeven. Geen kans om te ontspannen dus en de pool was ook vies met allemaal rotzooi. Zou beter kunnen.

スタッフの皆さんはいつもフレンドリーで暖かく迎えてくれます。シャワーは暖かで、水圧も最高です。今回は1泊のみでしたが、長期滞在にもおすすめのホテルです。

Cons:

バスルームのシャワースペースに仕切りはありますが、密閉性が良くないため、シャワースペース以外の床が濡れます。居住スペースには問題ないですが、この問題が改善されるとさらに良いと思います。

Great value for money
Pros:

I satyed in room with balcony with my family and found the place surprisingly good. The view from the balcony was very pleasing. I was expecting mosquitoes but encountered none, good netting were installed in windows and door.
The lift had fresh feeling. Restaurant had a good vibe, breakfast was amazing, house coffee was amazing. Staff at the reception were very welcoming.
I did not used all the facilities, however, my stay had been good, I would definitely use it again in future.

Cons:

Only thing I think could be improved on is the size of the bed. I found it slightly smaller for my family. From my experience other places I ve stayed the bed for same specification is enough for my family of three.
Next time I would consider booking room with 2 double bed.
Overall, my stay was great.

Wonderful , Delightful , Spoiled Me Rotten !

Actually stayed here several times up to a week at a time over several months - great location , excellent hospitality , professional staff , quiet wonderful property with an excellent on site restaurant offering breakfast , lunch & dinner . Sparkling clean HEATED swimming pool , plentiful HOT water in room's shower , self catering rooms with kitchens available for extended stay , secure safe compound with 24/7 security staff on sight , Having stayed all around Nairobi over the years , I nominate this property for best Hotel in Nairobi especially when you factor in the Value of pricing in compared to the many many more expensive Hotels in Nairobi. Hotel is convenient to all the dining & entertainment options in Karen , Westlands and more ! This Hotel quickly felt like "home" and I could definitely see myself staying long term

I am on a One Man Crusade to convince every Hotel , Restaurant in East Africa to Cease & Desist serving bad coffee ! in Kenya with rare exception there is only two ways to serve coffee to their guests - - 1. freeze dried packets of "Nescafe" - - simply an abomination ! the coffee is from South America !! Some of the Best Coffee in the World is produced in East Africa ! 2. somehow the Italians have Kenyans convinced that coffee must be served burnt & bitter out of an expensive expresso machine ( which is fine if that is what you want - an expresso or cappuccino ! ) -- Worldwide Experts Agree a Simple CHEAP
4 Cup Pour Over or "French Press" served tableside will display that your restaurant understands the delicacy of of fine NON-Bitter coffee - using local Kenyan AA freshly ground beans ! Be Happy to Pay for That ! :) This said this Hotel's coffee is NOT bad , I just strongly prefer a non-bitter smooth cup of coffee with fresh cream and typically have several cups each morning. Coffee is like Wine -- we all have our preferences .

The Hotel online description isn't much the room allocated for us. The room wasn't prepared during the check-in time.

We booked a room with breakfast but ended up being segregated at the restaurant. We were asked what to drink and if we needed a boiled egg or omelet. We ended up not eating because the food wasn't of our choice. No detailed information about the breakfast on the website which is bad I find. We were told after complaining that we should pay 1200ksh on top if we needed to have a good breakfast and no such information on arrival. TV doesn't have a remote either in the room. I really don't know why they include breakfast on the booking.com when the reality is different??

Fijn hotel in Kilimani
Pros:

Ruime kamer met balkon. Fijne wellness faciliteiten. Speciaal Carolina is geweldig.

Cons:

Ontbijt is niet-echt gezond en ook niet royaal. Een sapje zou fijn zijn erbij. Zou fruit en joghurt prevaleren als keuze. Als je iets anders wilt betaal je extra.
