Great value, beach front, very clean.
Pros:

Location is great! Rooms are huge! Staff are helpful & approachable. Very clean & fully equipped kitchen (which is shared with other guests) I stayed on the 4th floor room 41, which is the top floor, we also booked the salon adjacent to our room so we had the full balcony to ourselves. There’s a working elevator also. The WiFi is excellent & we had no problems with it. In fact it was as good as my WiFi back in the UK.
Theres a fridge in the room & AC unit. The bathroom has hot water & was spacious. The balcony was huge! I saw some people say on reviews that it’s opposite a construction site…nonsense! It’s opposite directly the beach. Of course there are fishermen & this seems to be a hot spot for car washing. No construction is happening (u can see this from my photos) I do have to add, this is Africa, don’t expect perfection, but honestly this is as close as it gets to perfection for the price.

Cons:

The beds are medical standard for hygiene purposes so they have rubber covering. (Which is actually great) The sheets are not fitted so of course the sheets slide about all over the bed & u wake up stuck to the rubber. Please see photos.

La gentillesse et l’aimabilité du concierge. Chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Bien prendre en compte que c’est un appartement et non un hôtel. Pas eau chaude à l’arrivée et une seule serviette pour 2 personnes. Nous avons dû nous déplacer nous même pour aller en chercher malgré 2 demandes. Fenêtre cassée dans la salle de bain de la suite vue sur mer ! Et quelle vue sur mer… Vue sur un garage automobile avec beaucoup de bruit.
Déçue de ce séjour mais ça fait partie des établissements les moins chers de la région donc…

Good value for money.
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, clean accommodation, close to the beach/ local amenities, nice / quiet and good value for money.

Cons:

We were not shown around the facility to know what we had access to at the accommodation. The bathroom got flooded a few times.

Ne recommande pas pour tourisme
Pros:

Moktar le vigile, très sympa

Cons:

Très mauvais emplacement pour un séjour à Dakar : quartier peu fréquentable, éloigné de tout et mal éclairé le soir.
Les prises électrique étaient en très mauvais état, la salle de bain sale et la vue ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos (La plage n’est pas adaptée au tourisme : elle sert de zone de travail à une entreprise de maçonnerie qui y fabrique des briques)
La personne s’est en plus trompée sur le prix et a demandé un montant différent de booking à la fin du séjour.
Nous ne recommandons pas, nous avons payé plus cher que d'autres hôtels beaucoup plus corrects.
