Extremely kind staff
Could smell cigarette smoke in the room
Very good priced hotel near majot transport routes. You can take a direct bus from the airport here. The staff is very kind and understanding. Good people.
The area is a little loud if you like compelete silence..
Location is great in the Eastern Istanbul, very near to Kadikoy ferry station and metro connectivity direct to Sabiha Gocken (SAW), M4 metro last station
If you don’t know Turkish, you will have a hard time communicating with the staff. The manager (old guy) was very inhospitable as the moment we entered the property with kids he reminded us to be quiet, my kids are all well behaved but you don’t expect them on a leisure to expect hotel having policy similar to a rehab medical facility of pin drop silence. It was an ordeal we have to bear throughout the stay. Even usage of elevator was restricted to 2 persons and repeatedly being reminded to be quiet even inside the room. Worst is the street level noise that kept our kids awake and sleepless throughout the night as there is no insulation on the windows and constant noise from the street can be heard distracting sleep of my toddler several times through both nights.
It is near good restaurants and center of Kadikoy is 5 min~ away. Really good staff working.

The property needs maintenance. The shower is broken, some parts of the floor in the room was broken too. The cabinet under the sink was broken as well.
It was close to everything, nice people at the reception, overall clean and comfy.
There was mold in the shower
Thin walls. Impossible to sleep simply because people in adjacent rooms were talking normally, but I could hear them like I was sitting with them.

I stayed with my fiancée. This was our second stay and we will keep choosing the property. The location is amazing right behind the main road and also the very close to the port and city center. Especially Mr. Ozan was very attentive to our needs and took good care of us.

Shower, location and Wi-Fi were good
The 402 room had very strong smell of cigarette smoke and the air from air conditioner smelled bad. Or neighbours were smoking, I don’t know. The next day my shirt was smelling.
