Pros:

We didn't spend the night, we basically booked the place where we could store our luggage before the night flight and take shower after surfing. The room is big and the shower had good pressure but no hot water. Chip price. Close to the beach.

Cons:

When we arrived 2 little kids were making the bed which was confusing. We didn't have to spend the night so just asked for 2 towels. Towels were filthy and smelled badly. They changed them but they weren't fresh anyway. The smell in the room itself was bad. It looked like they didn't clean the place from the previous guests at all. If we had to stay the night, it would be the worst stay we had in 2 weeks, unfortunately. But the price is chip so if the above doesn't bother you, feel free to book them.

- a lot of light (2 big windows) and no blinders so light is going to wake you up very early
