Positive but realistic
Pros:

The apartments are placed right by the beach which is fantastic. My girlfriend and I rented bikes nearby and it was no problem getting from and back to the apartment.

The room was properly furnished and what you’d expect for the price. All amenities worked

The host was reliable.

Cons:

We were surprised by a 100€ deposit right from the get go which was unfortunate. The trash management system is totally understandable but complicated in our eyes. There were plenty of empty trash containers (each room has their own set) laying at the front of the property because people would leave them standing there for hours.

Communication with our host was super difficult because of language barriers and made the check in process arduously long.

The apartment lacked some basics we feel should be integrated in the future like salt & pepper, hand soap, or an extra set of toilette paper rolls. We understand you need to get your own stuff for your stay, but buying a whole set of dish washing items seems a little much for a few short days.

Pros:

La posizione è davvero ottima, si arriva alla spiaggia a piedi o con il servizio autobus che parte proprio dalla via sottostante. Nota davvero positiva è la completa disponibilità verso il cane che ha goduto insieme a noi dello splendido soggiorno a Stintino!

Heerlijk huis op mooie plek
Pros:

Mooi, eenvoudig maar compleet appartement met veel ruimte voor 2 personen. Wij werden erg goed ontvangen door een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame beheerder.

Cons:

Twee pitten kan wat weinig zijn om te koken.

It was good
Pros:

The location is good, also Battista was really nice and helpful

Cons:

We arrived late as our plane was delayed so didn’t have a chance to pass by the supermarket. Arriving at the place there was not even a soap to clean hands or a bit of coffee for the first morning. I think it could be great to have when arriving so we can feel comfortable

Ci tornerei molto volentieri.
Pros:

Poca distanza a piedi (15 minuti) dalla bellissima spiaggia la Pelosa. Struttura ben curata e con aiuole e servizi.

Cons:

Mobilio da migliorare perché un po' datato.

Un séjour agréable.
Pros:

L’emplacement, la piscine, la flexibilité dans les horaires d’arrivée et de départ.

Cons:

Le manque d’équipements, le peu de fournitures (1 seul rouleau de papier toilettes, une bouteille d’eau, c’est tout). Pas de cendrier, pas de brosse pour les toilettes. Le confort du canapé lit.

*L'emplacement : Moon valley la Pelosa a l'avantage d'être très très bien placé :
.A deux minutes en voiture du centre ville de Stintino
.A deux minutes à pied des plages

*La piscine : Magnifique avec une vue sur la plage au loin. Très propre

*WiFi gratuit


*Battista : personne très gentille et à l'écoute !

Cons:

*La vétusté du logement
*Le manque d'équipements : pas de bouilloire, pas de passoire, poêles inutisables, 2 vieilles plaques électriques ....
*La literie : sommiers métalliques à ressorts

Pros:

Walkable to Pelosa. Fairly new appt. Quiet

Cons:

Bare. No kettle, no microwave. No shower gel, no soap. No dishwashing soap or sponge. No kitchen towel. Internet didn't work.
Bed is uncomfy. Matress as if filled with water. Filling every move of other person.
