Me volvería a hospedar.
Pros:

Céntrico- cerca de parada de taxis, ADO y cerca de punto de encuentro para los diferentes tours. Restaurantes y tiendas cerca para compras.
Diversión-se encuentra en quinta avenida.

Cons:

La cama no es cómoda.

Place was clean, check in was smooth. Only complaint was the noise from the bars, will definitely need ear plugs.

Nice staff but awful unit
Pros:

The unit is in need of major renovations. The towels and sheets were dingy, the walls and cabinets are dirty and broken and it smells bad inside, like musk and mildew. However, the staff was always very nice and professional; however, the unit itself is horrible.

Cons:

The unit needs to be renovated. Paint the walls and fix the shower and cabinets. The shower water pressure is the lowest I've ever experienced and the noise from outside is very loud. Everything is old and dingy. While the price is good, look elsewhere if you prefer 3.5 stars or better accommodations.

Ubicación excepcional y buenas instalaciones.
Pros:

Ubicación excepcional, a pocos metros de la playa y quinta avenida. Pese a cercanía con la principal avenida de entretenimiento, el edificio cuenta con buen aislamiento de ruido y se puede descansar. Se valora que tengan parqueadero aunque es estrecho. Muy buena comunicación y funcionamiento correcto de sus instalaciones que son prácticas y ofrecen lo suficiente para una buena estadía (refrigerador, implementos de cocina, buen baño).

Cons:

Disponibilidad y tamaño del parqueadero.

Pros:

De locatie van dit appartement is absoluut een pluspunt: direct aan de levendige Quinta Avenida en op loopafstand van het strand. Perfect als je graag midden in het bruisende centrum zit. Het zwembad is heerlijk en het personeel van het complex is erg vriendelijk en gastvrij.

Cons:

Toch zijn er een aantal belangrijke nadelen, vooral als het gaat om rust en comfort. Het appartement ligt in het clubgedeelte van de stad, en dat merk je. Tot diep in de nacht hoor je harde muziek van nabijgelegen clubs. Daarnaast is de geluidsisolatie slecht: je hoort mensen in de andere kamers erg goed, wat de nachtrust flink verstoort.
Ook het bed laat te wensen over. Je voelt de vering en op sommige plekken is het gewoon hard, waardoor comfortabel liggen lastig is. In combinatie met het lawaai maakt dat het moeilijk is om goed te slapen. De airco werkte verder prima, maar lekte wel af en toe water.


Daarnaast had ik uitzicht op een ander gebouw.

If you dont mind cockroaches it is fine.
Pros:

The location is good and the hosts were responsive

Cons:

The main reason for this rating and we were unhappy with is the fact that there were cockroaches in the apartment and it wasn't a one off this happened a few times , we didn't expect this at all
