Highly recommend.
Pros:

The hotel was modern, clean and quiet. The staff were really helpful and friendly and allowed us to store our bags after checkout. The staff even allowed us to use a shower before our night bus!

The hotel is located right in the centre of Ninh Binh - directly across the road from the Old Town night lights and markets.

We were able to order Grab cars to any of the attractions in Ninh Binh for cheap, so it was not a problem staying in the centre of town.

The rooftop was a great spot to watch the sunset over the lake.

Pros:

We had such a wonderful stay here! A special shout-out to the male receptionist—he was standard-setting, incredibly thoughtful, and made our trip so much more memorable.

​The location is perfect, just a few steps from the Old Town and close to main attractions. The hotel itself feels fresh and well-maintained. We originally booked for just one night, but loved the vibe so much that we extended for a second!

​For our extra night, we moved to a top-floor room with an amazing terrace overlooking the Old Town. The view was incredible, though the room itself showed a bit more wear and tear compared to our first one.

Pros:

Khách sạn nằm đối diện phố cổ Hoa Lư. Gần nhiều quán ăn và cafe nên rất thuận tiện.

Cons:

Phòng hơi hẹp. Không thấy có bảng treo yêu cầu dọn phòng. Đoàn mình thuê 3 phòng, đến 14h về phòng vẫn chưa được dọn. Cả đoàn đi mưa ướt cần tắm mà không có khăn, phải gọi lễ tân. Nhân viên có giải thích vì họ ưu tiên dọn phòng cho khách mới checkin ( có thể thông cảm). Nhưng vì dọn phòng lúc mọi người muốn nằm nghỉ nên có hơi bất tiện.

Pros:

We just booked this hotel for the afternoon as we were leaving on a late-night train, we booked it for its location close to the market. It was great for a shower and very accessible to the market. That being said, we would not stay here for the night. It had a lot of street traffic noise, even on the top floor. We had a great view, though.
