The was clean
The part of turning off the lights from 11 o'clock till 6pm some came for business that time we still awake there's glasses to do coffee but no spoons there was no iron.
How the staff were accommodating and helpful.
The sheets and bed need to be deep cleaned. I experienced bedbugs.
When i made the reseevation, it showed different photos from the reality. It says city view, nothing came close to this. It said a living room and 2 beds again nothing closs to this. The wifi seevices was lost 90% of the time. The next room had loud nusuc couldnt sleep.

please fix the water basin in the bathroom the water was running through the bedroom

I bought my own food. The only thing I liked about the place is the bed.
When I got there at the reception the service was horrible. I was asked several times if I paid for the reservation because my details is not on your system, I showed the lady my receipt a confirmation number and she said the number isn't supposed to start with 68 but 64. And there's nothing they can do. Then says wait we're still checking. I showed them my bank statement from my app account but still they asked me if I'm I paid the money on their account. The service was horrible I even told them I'm going to the bank and ask them to reverse the charge. And when I was about to leave they then said oh sorry, your name just appeared. I asked myself but you just said my reservation or my booking number is incorrect it's supposed to start with 64 not 68 as if I had a control over that. I was so disappointed and I just wanted to leave. However, my partner calmed the situation down by intervening. I'm never going back to the place ever again. Thank you.
The location was very reachable and the building was highly secured
The water in the bathroom was not warm
The location is very risky for people visiting the city for the first time. I was told its not safe to walk around to the extent i could not get food
First, the absence of breakfast services poses significant challenges for visitors, who are then required to look for every meal outside the premises. I strongly recommend that the lodge consider providing at least breakfast and dinner, especially for guests arriving late at night. The surrounding area does not feel safe to walk around after dark when searching for food, making this a basic and important service that the lodge should offer.
Alternatively, the lodge may also consider adding a small selection of food items or a mini–food station within the premises, where visitors can buy simple meals or snacks. This would greatly improve guests’ safety and convenience, particularly during late hours.
Additionally, there is a need for improvement in customer care. I observed a lack of professionalism among some staff members. Training in customer service etiquette and proper handling of guests’ property would be beneficial. Any incident involving mishandling or taking guests’ belongings is unacceptable.
Unfortunately, this was my worst experience at this lodge, and I hope these concerns will be addressed to improve the quality of service for future guests.

The place is dirty, they have no toilet seats and when you complain the manager shouts at you.
