WILL DEFINITELY NOT RETURNING
Pros:

The room is tidy and essentials are provided accordingly. The beds were very comfy and soft.

Cons:

1. Floors are not clean. You can feel like dirts on the floor when you walk bare feet.
2. Kitchen cutlery is dirty.
3. Worst receptionist/customer service I have ever met. Please send your customer-facing staffs for communication courses. The way they handle customers is extremely unprofessional. Imagine asking them "I don't have enough cash with me, is there an alternative?" and they responded "then you can leave the premise" while pointing outside. Even tried to chase me out using 4 bodyguards when I'm in the midst of dealing and solving issues with 3rd party agent. Not to mention about the guy who handles the booking via WhatsApp. Before checking in, it was written in the booking chat to either give them a call or drop them a text 10mins before arrival, and I chose to call as I was driving. The person ended my call 3 times. When he pickup the 4th call, he yelled and said "Whatsapp me!!!". What the hell? The way he reply Whatsapp is like retarded. When you ask them a proper question, he replied with a fullstop ".".

Very dramatic and brainless group of people. Please hire local. Broken English and bad attitude.
