Great location with helpful friendly staff
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming—Rai and Elza were especially wonderful and really made a difference. My room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel’s location is perfect, surrounded by great places to eat and grab a drink. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

There’s really nothing to fault. There are a few stairs up to the second floor, but they’re minimal and not an issue at all.

Pros:

Check in was perfection thanks to Elza - she is an asset to your establishment - friendly informative and professional.
Rooms were large with plenty of space for our luggage. We had our own pool and it was perfect and private - to note our perosnal pool areas could do with a bean bag or lounger though but I borrowed one from the main pool area and no -one had a problem with this. Breakfast was good - loved the selection of fruit and fruit juices. Amazing location for us especially to beaches / shopping / restaurant and massage.

Cons:

Pool area needed a lounger or bean bag.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr groß. Selbst der private Pool war größer als bei anderen Unterkünften die wir auf Bali hatten. Das Frühstück war sehr ausgewogen mit genug Auswahl.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der zuvorkommend Service vor allem durch Rini, Elza und Rai!

Cons:

Hier und da ist die Unterkunft ein wenig Renovierungsbedürftig, das bezieht sich allerdings wirklich nur auf Kleinigkeiten (zb in die Jahre gekommener Abfluss, absplitternde Wandfarbe an kleinen Stellen).

The prime canggu has been by far the best place ive stayed at in bali! I booked a single room private villa and right from the pleasant greeting of the staff all the way to check out was such a wonderful experience. The staff are genuinely kind amd attentive, they remember your name and also the little details you tell them such as your plans in bali. The staff was also only a call away and willing to help with any request I had. Ive never experienced bali hospitality before and I have to say its world class. The food was delicious and the whole hotel was beautiful! Perfectly located, very close to the beach yet still quiet most of the day and night! My biggest thanks to all the staff; from security, reception, cleaning, dining and even the gardening team was very kind! I couldn't recommend the prime enough to anyone interested or looking for a quality stay at a still reasonable price!

Great location with the nicest staff
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and everything was always spotless.

The location was perfect and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. What really made our stay special, though, was the incredibly kind and friendly staff. Everyone working at the hotel was attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help.

We especially interacted a lot with Rai and Elza, who were both exceptionally attentive, caring, and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile.

Would highly recommend and will absolutely save this place for our next trip!
Pros:

Amazing staff and beautiful villa with clean pool (see picture!). Felt very safe and comfortable and was a short walk from everything - the beach, supermarket, shopping markets. Staff gave good recommendations for spa services and beach bars.
