very relaxing and quiet hotel
Pros:

Different style , pool in center of building and almost all rooms had view of pool , big bath tub and separate shower ensuite was outstanding .

Cons:

Some selected fun areas was in travel distant

Pros:

I stayed at The Prime Canggu for 4 nights and 5 days, and I’m leaving with such a wonderful experience. I could request room cleaning whenever I wanted, and the breakfast was so good that I had it every single day.

The hotel is very conveniently located and close to the main street, yet it’s surprisingly quiet. The beautiful interior and landscaping always put me in a good mood. It’s not an ultra–high-end luxury resort, so of course there were a few minor things (like slightly older bathroom facilities), but overall I’m extremely, extremely satisfied with my stay.

The kindness of the staff goes without saying. Huge thanks to Rini, who welcomed me so warmly; Dian, whose small body somehow radiates incredible energy; and Ana, who treated us so kindly at the restaurant every day. Thank you so much — see you again!

Pros:

J'ai louer la villa pour deux nuits et 2 autres nuits en chambre normal .
Les chambre comme les villa sont parfaite , il n'y a rien a dire .
L'emplacement est top , proche de la plage , des restaurants bar ou autres ..
Le personel est exeptionnel .
Le restaurant tres bon .
Merci pour ce super sejour , je reviendrais .

Een verblijf om altijd terug te komen met fantastische en vriendelijke personeel.
Pros:

De verwelkoming,het personeel ( Rini,Diana, Hendrik, Allex) vriendelijke en leuk in de omgang. De keuken personeel. Ik heb vanaf het begin tot mijn laatste uren genoten. Hygiëne top.
Ik ga zeker terug naar deze hotel / verblijf.

Cons:

Helemaal niets. Alles was top

Great location but lacking in some aspects
Cons:

The bedroom door locks didn't work, the toiletries were not filled up properly and in fact diluted with water. Cumbersome to use keys to lock the villa and bedroom doors. Will be great if water dispenser is available on second floor.

Absolutely AMAZING!
Pros:

Wow! What an amazing stay at the prime. We booked the villa and it exceeded our expectations. It was amazing!! The staff were all so lovely and very accommodating. There was a pool bar next to the villas at the main pool (very reasonably priced) and we could also get room service to the room for food/drinks etc. The location is excellent literally a 5 minute walk to the beach and is in the heart of Canggu. Next time I come to Canggu I will 100% stay in the prime! Thank you all!
