Safe stay is white fern stay

Poorly maintained, low service quality. Family friendly apartments, escalate to get things done
Pros:

The apartment was large, and on loud escalation, they service some requests. The core infrastructure in the building is good, but the service and maintenance is very poor :(

Decent apartment layout for families, I liked the balcony.

Cons:

Extremely poor service, we had to ask 10 times to get anything done. It's not the fault of folks working there, they work hard but perhaps they are understaffed.

Expect unclean places in the apartment, expect to have to repeat requests to get stuff. Expect mosquitoes at breakfast and long waiting times. When we ordered food, half of it didn't arrive and we had to personally go down to the kitchen several times to ask, only to find a single guy working hard to do everything in the kitchen.

The property needs an overhaul of maintenance staff.

Very misleading listing, Not recommended!

Location is fine. Office staff were nice and helpful

Cons:

The property is not as listed in Booking.com. We had booked for a Standard Double Room in March, 2025. It is listed as an apartment with Seating Area, Ironing facilities, Dining area, Dining table etc., but what they gave with this booking was JUST ONE BEDROOM in an apartment. The other rooms in the same apartment were being rented out to other customers. The rest of the facilities of the apartment like the living room, dining area, the balcony were common facilities that we were told we have to share with the people staying in the other rooms. There was no kitchen facility. The lock of our bedroom was jammed and very difficult to open and lock. The office boy also told us that we have to leave the front door of the apartment open at all times and that we are not allowed to lock the front door even at night. My family felt EXTREMELY UNSAFE because of all these, and so we quickly FOUND ANOTHER ACCOMMODATION AND SHIFTED THERE! I had paid the full amount of our stay upfront, and could not even request any refund as the receptionist was not there when we shifted out, only the office boy was there. This is a very basic accommodation with very minimal facilities, NOT SUITABLE or SAFE for families.
I booked this place based on the rating shown on booking.com. This experience showed me how misleading the rating and the listing can be. This was the worst experience so far for me in 10 years with booking.com. Not recommended!
