Pros:

Reception was no friendly.there're no toilets pepper.no shower gel.some time no water.and uncomfortable. It's really badly

A basic hotel, reasonable location, busy road during the day, and nice staff.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful. It is mid-way between the kiting location of My Hoa and Phan Rang city.
The hot water was surprisingly better than I had assumed.
The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I was not used to the noise of passing traffic in the front room. It is not until later after 9pm that traffic noise drops down. Generally these rooms are 'non-smoking' but there are ashtrays and the general smell of cigarette smoke, which appears to be common in hotels. The windows open onto a balcony that is not private, but you want the windows open for ventilation, but closed to reduce the noise.
I am not sure the other reviews I read were legit, or at the very least, they are looking for different things from a hotel of this price. Their ratings seem a bit too optimistic.
