Location was nice. Building looked new.

Cons:

Some cleanliness issues. There were stink bugs and lady bugs in our room. Hall floors had food on our floor. When we first checked in, there was a maybe a 10 minute ute wait. There was no staff at front desk or sign they had stepped away. Left with the impression, its nice because it's new and could become not so nice fast.

We were close to the highway and had convenient travel downtown for Oktoberfest. The hotel felt fresh and clean, the shower was good with good water pressure and temperature, as well as dish washer, sink, refrigerator, and spacious work area. The breakfast offered hot options (waffles, biscuit sandwiches), yogurt, cereal and bagels/toast. Parking was easy and check-in/check-out were quick and convenient. Highly recommend, if we are in the area again we will be back.
