Lovely beautiful house and view to just sit and enjoy on the rainy day!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The place is beautiful, with lovely views, and the hospitality was warm and welcoming. The host was kind and especially helpful, providing clear and informative guidance for a first-time visitor.

The location is convenient—about 25 minutes from the airport and close to the ferry wharfs. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely return.

Beautiful place to stopover!
Pros:

Beautiful room with a view. Host was extremely helpful with everything and we felt very comfortable there.

Cons:

Bit of a challenge to park the car but the host was there to guide us in.

Ganz herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und ein wirklich unglaubliches Haus! Man wird direkt wie Familie behandelt.
Super modern, extrem schick und ein fantastischer Ausblick aufs Meer! Die Küche war super ausgestattet und auch das Schlafzimmer sowie Bad sehr sehr schön eingerichtet. Wirklich eine ganz besondere Unterkunft, die wir immer wieder buchen würden! Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wirklich gut.

Amazing view across the bay from our room. We had a private bathroom, the other room we booked was using the shared bathroom.. Peter, the host, was very friendly and shared his knowledge of Wellington and this led to a great meal in town.

Cons:

A number of shared rooms, so fridge was full in kitchen and used one in the garage and our room. Limited parking, so you need to request and confirm. Our second room was using the shared bathroom and was next to it, so they were woken early by people using it.
