Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in Wellington. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for the night. Everything was very well organised, and the house had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hosts were lovely and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. We really appreciated how clean, cosy, and well-prepared everything was. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Nice place for short stay, room for improvement
Pros:

Very nice place and nice owner. We had an awesome bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. The view was sooooo amazing.

Cons:

I can imagine when there are loud people in other rooms it being noisy, wasn't the case for us luckily. The facilities also seem more used than they should be. There was a massive black hair in the bed.

Fantastic Value and Amazing Hospitality
Pros:

Beautiful modern house in a great location. Peter was great, showing me where everything was and making me feel welcome. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals. I only cooked dinner there as I had an early ferry to catch. LOTS of free parking. If there's no spot at the house then you can park 100m down the bottom of the street. You're not gonna get that anywhere in the CBD.

Cons:

Only thing was getting woken up during the night with a loud dripping noise outside from the rain. I think? Not sure what it was.

A great location for a very good price if you are catching or disembarking from a ferry
Pros:

Peter was very welcoming and informative. The bedroom with a view was amazing. We appreciated that upgrade. The beds were really comfortable. Proximity to the ferry was why we chose this property. It stands out for that purpose. Peter was very helpful about places to eat and where to go to catch the ferry.

Cons:

We weren’t impressed with the car parking. The main bedroom ensuite had no hand wash or soap for the sink. There was no fridge and milk for tea and coffee. There were no plates and cutlery in our room. Just two teaspoons and two glasses and two mugs. Sorry to nitpick but for such a fabulous place it is the little things that matter and bring it up to “stunning”.

Perfect stopover
Pros:

Beautiful room & home, friendly host, easy access and safe neighbourhood for our full-car and all our gear before heading to the ferry. Would def stop again!

Pros:

Gran ubicación super cerca del ferry lo cual fue muy comodo por mi estadía. Varios buses cerca para poder ir a pasear por el centro de la ciudad. Excelente habitación, super completa y el host muy simpático.

Cons:

Hubo muchos ruidos por la noche que supongo que eran de otra gente hospedandose y eso hubo momentos donde fue medio molesto porque era tarde pero más allá de eso todo excelente.

You have to stay here!
Pros:

It is a quiet place with modern furnishings. You’ll get to meet people who are travelling and choose to stay here. Peter, the host is a great person. If you wanna know where to visit, where to dine, he will have recommendations.

Plus if you enjoy drinking wine, please do share a glass of wine with Peter and Steve. You’re guaranteed to have a great conversation!

It is a comfortable stay, you’ll have towels, heater and heating blanket along with a comfy bed!

You will have great views of the bay and the city.
