The stay was fantastic. Next to the NU Sentral mall and many food courts around
Pros:

The hotel is located central near KL sentral and connecting with transport is easier. The staff are professional, received good service from Ibrahim and others. Room is affordable given its standards

Okay stay very central
Pros:

Very central and therefore easy to go anywhere in kl
Staff were extremely helpful and nice. Mr Billal cleaned well our room and the people from reception and mister ibrahim were extremely nice and helpful
The rooms were clean and enough spacious

Cons:

The room with window was noisy and one of the rooms without window smelled like mould. The one after that without window was fine

Impressed with the upgrades.
Pros:

I chose the hotel because of the location. Near to the train station, shopping mall and eateries. The facilities and the lobby have been upgraded since my last stay. Kudos!

寝るだけだったので、十分でした。
Pros:

始発（朝5時発）のKLエクスプレスに乗車して、KLIAに行くために泊まりました。
朝4時30分にチェックアウトして、KLエクスプレスに向かいます。
日中であればNu Sentral（KLセントラル直結のモール）の連絡路で簡単に渡れますが、早朝はNu Sentralが閉まっているので連絡路を通ることができません。そのため、Nu Sentralの建物の外側伝いにKLエクスプレスまで抜け道を通ります。
EASSY Hotel はその抜け道のすぐ向かえにあるので、とても助かりました。

Cons:

シャワーの出力が弱い。
シーリングファンのスイッチを弱にしても、風力が強すぎて寒かった。
ACの壁コンセントがユニバーサルでないので、日本（A型）とマレーシア（BF型）のアダプターが必要です。

Basic hotel for short stays
Pros:

Perfect location if you travel by train. You just need to cross the big shopping center that connects the station with the MRT. Also very near to many restaurants. The room was small and without window but very confortable with all the necessary amenities. Basic but functional.

Cons:

The strong chemical smell of the deodorant in the reception area.

No frills, friendly, clean hotel
Pros:

Staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive via chats. The location was super easy to get to from the airport by taking the express. Across from a mall and next to yummy restaurants and convenience stores. It is close to a metro stop but it was best to get around by grab.

Cons:

We were okay with the tight space because we stayed 2 nights and were gone most of the day.
