とても良かった。
Pros:

モノレール駅他からすぐで、EVを利用してアクセスできる。スタッフがフレンドリー。ミネラルウォーターが無料で用意される。

Good and will definitely return
Pros:

Convenient location, and relatively clean and comfortable room, which is very important to me. Staff was great and helpful when we wanted to make some minor changes to the reservation (of course, only if they are able to)

Cons:

There was a sudden no-water issue but after a call to front desk, they were able to resolve it in less than an hour. But everything else was great. It was probably just an accidental thing or an isolated case.

Pros:

El personal de recepción y limpieza muy amable. Muy limpio y bien ubicado. Las maquinas de agua filtrada funcionan fenomenal. La terraza de la 5ª planta muy agradable.

L'hôtel est très propre, et le personnel fait partie des plus sympathiques et accueillants que nous avons eu durant notre séjour en Malaisie. Disponibles et à l'écoute, ils nous ont gentiment autorisé à laisser nos bagages toute la journée dans l'hotel, après le checkout. Je recommande

Cons:

Attention, du fait de la proximité de KL Sentral, on entend les annonces de la gare à partir de 6-7h du matin.

Düşük bütçeli güzel konum
Pros:

Konumu çok iyi. Hemen karşısında güzel bir AVM var, her şeye ulaşabilirsiniz. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever.

Cons:

Odalar çok küçük ve havasız. Odada ayrıca bir banyo yoktu. Tuvalet ve duş başlığı yan yana, küvet , duşakabin , perde gibi bir şey yok.

Small room clean with everything we needed. Staff were most welcoming and helpful.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget (or not!)
Pros:

No frills budget hotel, however, service is anything but budget. Hotel staff are super friendly/welcoming & are eager to make your stay comfortable.
Location is top notch as it’s next to KL Sentral transport hub and the huge Nu Sentral shopping mall, where you can get all manner of food and supplies.
Wifi connectivity is excellent, good water pressure, set breakfast provided at the adjacent restaurant is adequate to start your day.

Cons:

Room on the smallish side with limited space even for my cabin size suitcase.
No foreign tv channels, as it is to be expected for a budget hotel.
