Pros:

Frisch renoviertes Doppelzimmer in einem benachbarten (alten) Gebäude, das erst kürzlich vom Hirschen übernommen wurde. Deshalb war es verhältnismäßig günstig. Das Frühstücksbuffet (im Hauptgebäude) ist sehr gut und an den Tischen hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Bergkette. Außerdem bekommt man übers Hotel vergünstigte Tageskarten fürs Skigebiet.

Cons:

Die alten schweizer Steckdosen - in einige passten keine Euro-Stecker. Wir mussten uns zwischen Handyladegerät und Nachttischlampe entscheiden, beides zugleich ging nicht.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war gemütlich und der Pool unterm Dach mit der tollen Aussicht.hat uns sehr gefallen.
Das Abendessen im Restaurant hat uns sehr geschmeckt und das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Das Sofa im Zimmer 621 veträgt eine Polsterreinigung! Da möchte ich weder Kleidung hinlegen noch mich hinsetzen.. Auch der Duschvorhang wurde offensichtlich länger nicht gewaschen.

Die Bedienung hat beim Frühstück alle nach Eierspeisen gefragt, nur uns hat sie übergangen. Schade!

Im Poolbereich müsste man eine Lösung betreffend Rutschgefahr in Betracht ziehen. Eine Frau stürzte schwer. Es sollte ein Notfallknopf angebracht werden, damit mann nicht im Bademantel zur Rezeption rennen muss um Hilfe zi holen.

Really lovely stay - Bonus spa - Great for skiing, as easily accessible station via path
Pros:

Location is grand if there for skiing, it's a small Swiss village and the gondola is a 10min walk downhill.

Cons:

Quite loud within the room, could hear the church outside and unfortunately, the family in the other room (as well as people up and down the stairs)

Hotel, Einrichtung und Lage Top, Küche flopp.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr kompetent und zuvorkommend, können ja nichts dafür, wenn es in der Küche (Frühstück) nicht funktioniert.

Cons:

Leider war das Frühstück enttäuschend!
Fazit: Alles aus der Küche war eine Katastrophe. Rührei,Poridge, Lachs
Alles was auf dem Buffet vorbereitet wurde war einwandfrei und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.
Tip: Also lieber nur das vom Buffet anbieten und den Preis anpassen, dann stimmts wieder.

Spa war top, familienfreundlich, superfreundliches Personal zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. serh fair vom Preis.

Cons:

Kühlschrank wäre schön und evtl wären ein paar Officeplätze schön im Hotel, von wo aus man arbeiten könnte, sprich steckdose... Denke das wäre eine gute Ergänzung.

Персонал приветливый.В отеле есть сауна с небольшим басейном для вечернего отдыха.Шведский стол с швейцарскими сырами.В ресторане тоже было очень вкусно. Отель находиться в очень красивом месте в пешей доступности канатная и лыжная дорога.У нас был бюджетный номер на двоих,который находиться за главным зданием.

Вида из окна нет,но это не важно,потому что в номер мы пришли только спать..
