Maravilloso Apartamento
Pros:

Tranquilo, limpio, minimalista, seguro, el personal a distancia eficiente, me encantó tenía de todo, super completo me gustaría regresar algún día. Los voy a extrañar mucho ;)

Cons:

Un poco distante de la ciudad, una noche perdí el último bus y tuve que caminar desde las 12 am hasta las 3:30 AM en medio de la carretera solo distante en medio de la neblina fría y silenciosa, el lugar súper no fue su culpa. Volvería nuevamente.

L’appartamento era pulito e comodo, la signorina con cui ho parlato al telefono è stata solerte nel mandarmi la ricevuta via mail

Cons:

Personalmente, preferisco delle strutture che abbiano una reception fisica nella quale tu possa incontrare qualcuno, qua fai tutto a distanza però devo dire che va tutto bene lo stesso. Avrei gradito una macchina del caffè con qualche cialde per il risveglio.

Pros:

Neues modernes Gebäude, cleaner Wohnstil. Umzäunt. Parkplätze in der Anlage vorhanden. Aufzug. Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Gegenüber direkt ein Supermarkt. Gute Erreichbarkeit der Vermieter per WhatsApp bzgl Rückfragen zum Einchecken etc.
Großer Balkon (bei uns auf der Ostseite) morgens schöne Sonne zum Frühstück. Man hat sich sicher gefühlt auf der Anlage. Mülleimer zur Mülltrennung auf dem Balkon.
Matratze bequem. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sauber.
Großer Kleiderschrank. gute Schallisolierung

Check in-Infos kamen nicht, wie ursprünglich angegeben, 48 Stunden vor Anreise, sondern am Anreisetag während der 8 Stunden-Anfahrt per WhatsApp. Hab ich dann leider erst gesehen, als ich schon vor! dem Tor des Gebäudes stand. Die Email, die einige Tage zuvor von der Unterkunft kam, enthielt irreführende und falsche Anweisungen zum Check in Ablauf, der so offensichtlich schon längere Zeit hinfällig ist. In der Mail stand, dass im Gebäude ein Totem zur Verfügung steht, über das man seine Buchung raussuchen kann und dann dort direkt den Code für die Schlüsselbox bekommt. Tja. Auf dem Totem war aber leider ein etwas älterer Zettel angeklebt, dass das Gerät außer Betrieb sei...
Also die WhatsApp Info Hotline angerufen und mir erstmal erklären lassen müssen, wie ich an die Zimmerkarten komme. Hat dann auch irgendwie geklappt. Aber braucht man jetzt nicht abends nach langer Anreise.
Habe auch andere Gäste bemerkt, die alle immer ratlos zwischen dem nicht funktionierenden Totem im EG und den Schlüsselboxen im Keller hin und her geirrt sind. Zur Krönung war dann die Email zum Ablauf bzgl Auschecken wieder nicht korrekt

Sehr schmutzig. Vor allem der Fußboden. Auch das Geschirr in den Schränken, da hingen noch Reste von den Vorgängern dran... Im Wasserkocher wurde offensichtlich nicht nur Wasser erhitzt, sondern irgendwas gekocht. Auf den Fensterscheiben Überbleibsel von vorherigen Gästen (Sudeleien)
