Pros:

Os prós desta experiência:
-Os funcionários: simpáticos e disponíveis
- A piscina: excelentes condições de área e limpeza
- O pequeno almoço com variadas opções

Cons:

Os contras desta experiência:
- Espaço a precisar de remodelação. É um espaço datado e a precisar de reparações, começando com colchões desgastados e portas, passando por torneiras, até ao assentos do bar, que perderam a esponja e o assento é na estrutura rígida (nada confortável).
- Os elevadores precisam de ventilação. Acumulam sempre cheiros que não desaparecem.
- A limpeza dos quartos não é boa. Tufos de pó debaixo das camas, cabelos no chão da casa de banho após a limpeza, que sugere transferência de material da esfregona dos quartos anteriores.
- Remodelações em época alta.

Je reviendrai dans l île mais pas dans cette hôtel le personnel ne donne pas envie ni la deco qui laisse à désirer, manq

La piscine etait très bien avec les sièges

Cons:

La deco très vieille,les sièges dans le salon café tombé en lambeaux, le personnel ne sourit jamais.le restaurant c’est buffet les fruits ont pas de goût dommage car ils ont des bons fruits dans l île

Not to repeat.
Pros:

The location is good, not exactly central in Funchal, but in a nice place near a shopping center, some restaurants, cafes, etc, and not far from Praia Formosa.

Cons:

Quite in need of a severe renovation. Very old furniture in our room, non-working air conditioning, a grimy shower curtain. The breakfast had little variety and not a great presentation.
