Honestly, I have never met a person like Bilal Bhai.
I visited Kashmir on 2nd April, and from the very first night in Srinagar, his kindness stood out. The weather suddenly turned very cold, and he immediately provided us with a hot water bottle and an extra bag to keep us warm and comfortable.
The next day, when it started raining, he didn’t hesitate to give us his own jacket. He also guided us on how to avoid scams at popular tourist spots, which was extremely helpful.
Every morning, he would offer us tea (Kahwa) and biscuits without charging anything. On 3rd April, when he realized that the continuous rain could make us sick, he personally called us around 3 PM and insisted that we return early to stay safe. we even extend our stay because of him only.

His hospitality goes far beyond expectations. Even though we were not guests at his hotel, he treated us like family members in his own home. He would check on us every hour to see if we needed anything.
I truly believe you won’t find a better host than him in Srinagar.
Yes, the location is a bit away from the main area, but renting a bike makes it easy to explore and enjoy the city.
One thing I can say with full confidence: at this price, you won’t find a place like this. In fact, forget the price—you won’t find a host like him anywhere.

Bilal Sahab and his family are great hosts and wonderful people, they really made sure that I feel comfortable and welcome in their home. And I was happy in their cozy house, where I could find both peace and privacy, but also ask for help and advice on all things touristic of Kashmir. Location is great and very central, about 10 mins walk from the famous Zero Bridge, and I walked to Lal Chowk from there as well. A 24/7 Supermarket nearby. Room is very nice, with very clean and convenient bathroom, a common hall with a dining table provided additional space. I am very grateful for Bilal and his family's hospitality and tact, and hope to be back soon!

All Over Service Is Good. Satisfied

Nice location, friendly host, and good home cooked dinners. Mr. Billal arranged tours by private cab to various destinations at reasonable rates and a friendly driver, Mr Altaf.

The propery owner Shri Bilal treated us like his family member. During the shoot out at pehalgam he was constantly in touch with us to ensure our safety. During our stay (4 days) we actually felt what the Kashmiryat really mean. He is one of the gems among the kashmir people. We will never forget the days we spend in his homestay. We really wish kashmir soon revert to nomalcy and enjoy the hospitality of kashmiri's like Bilal once again.

We had a short stay here but it was everything we needed for that. The owner was lovely and very hospitable! We had an early start and he was lovely and had some coffee ready for us before we left! The rooms are clean and spacious enough :).

It was a great stay in Sea Green Guest House. It was like as if you were staying at your own home. The ambience and the decor were absolutely flawless. Bilal Bhai and his family are so gentle and warm hearted. The Kashmiri Kahwa served was amazing. The breakfast with Kashmiri Bakery Roti was a super treat. Each and every aspect of the service was immaculate. A big gratitude to Bilal Bhai and his family.

I liked the property owner's cooperation and behaviour. Cleanliness was very good. Construction is also new.

First of all I would like to thank Bilal Sahab and family for being such a wonderful host. Bilal sahab is a gem of a person . Starting from the booking process he has been spot on about the communication and hospitality.
This place should not be categorized as a hotel or guest house , if you want to feel like your home this is the place. Bilal sahab and family treated my family as their own family .
I booked this place for my parents and relatives , they were very happy with all the services provided.
The guest house is very well maintained and all the facilities were superb.
If I could rate this place out of 10 it would be 20.

Comfort and safety. We were all middle-aged women - 7 of us. The owner Bilal ji and his family including his little sons took great care of us as if we belong to their family

Very friendly and hospitable owner with good communication. Great, clean ensuite bathroom with plenty of hot water. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to main street with supermarket, ATM, restaurants, etc.

Bilal Ahmad, his wife, and his mother were amazing hosts. They helped me with my sim card and offered me tea & biscuits several times. They were all caring and always concerned about how I felt and how my day was.
The room was clean, wifi worked great, hot water, had breakfast and dinner there, it was really delicious.
