Pros:

Buena ubicación, buen desayuno

Cons:

Esta en remodelación, y no estaba funcionando la alberca, que fue una de las razones de escoger el lugar, a mis nietos les encanta meterse a la alberca, pero una vez que tengan el mirador y la alberca funcionando si regreso a hospedarme de nuevo, sobre todo que el desayuno esta muy bueno.

Esta super cerca de la laguna, con servicio de restaurante , una zona muy tranquila y a gusto. La atencion a nuestras necesidades, las zonas comunes estan super bonitas y bien cuidadas.

Superou expectativa.
Pros:

Todo o pessoal é muito educado. Limpeza otima, o pessoal repoe agua sempre, cheguei o quarto tava todo fresquinho com ar ligado pra me receber, localizacao é mto boa, cama e banho bons. Restaurante pra cafe da manha com boas opcoes e quantidade boa.

Cons:

Cafe só começa as 8h pra quem quer aproveitar a manhã é bem tarde.

Pros:

Det var hyggeligt og rart. De to drenge i receptionen var dygtige til engelsk og hjalp os med at få booket en bådtur og komme rundt i byen.

Cons:

Det tog enorm lang tid at få maden. Den ene aften ventede vi en time på aftensmaden. Maden var dog rigtig god.

Decepcionante y triste

Lo único que estuvo bien y rico fue el desayuno

Cons:

Lamentablemente nos tocó vivir una situación particular, el Hotel sufrió un incendio de gran magnitud y sé que no estaba en los planes de nadie que eso suceda, sin embargo el personal especialmente la dueña no estuvo a la altura para tranquilizar a los huéspedes y tristemente esto es lo q más me decepcionó, q no se preocupó ni siquiera por preguntar si los huespedes estabamos bien (sanos y salvos).. porque salimos a nuestra suerte (literalmente el incendio estaba al lado de nuestra habitación mientras con mi pareja estábamos adentro) donde esto podría haber sido una tragedia. El hotel no estaba del todo preparado para eso, NO hubo ningún protocolo NI ALARMA de incendio y no había nadie ni siquiera un gerente o empleado más capacitado para tratar con situaciones como éstas, q claro pueden pasar!, solo una empleada nos preguntó si estábamos bien. Ellos estaban más preocupados por las pérdidas materiales que por las vidas de los huéspedes. La verdad lo digo y expongo porque ojalá reflexionen y se den cuenta de que estan hospedando vidas humanas!!!.. y que es la prioridad ante CUALQUIER COSA.
Desafortunadamente tampoco recibimos ninguna disculpa de parte ni de la dueña ni de nadie del personal. No lo recomiendo

Left me feeling I got scammed
Pros:

Location is good, close to center and also close to a boardwalk where you can see the lagoon.
Breakfast included, basic but enough if you need to leave early for a boat tour.

Cons:

The hotel is very dated. Sheets were almost falling apart from excessive use.
There was a horrible smell in our room, mild or cleaning solution, I'm not sure but it was really bad.
We also tried changing dates as we had enough time for cancellation and the hotel did not respond through booking until it was already too late. When I finally got a hold of them they said it's not their problem and I need to sort it out with booking.
After we arrived the guy at the front desk told me don't worry we were able to sort it out and you will not be charged for the extra night, he explained their booking communication did not work. Then he told me some stories about how he will give us a better room for some reason.
Now that I'm sitting down to check out expenses I see he charged us for the 5 nights. I feel I was scammed. Not a good feeling to have ....

Heerlijk vakantiegevoel aan de lagune.
Pros:

Mooie locatie dicht aan de lagune en het ecopark. In de kamers waren de bedden comfortabel en de badkamer was gewoon schoon. Het hotel heeft genoeg plekken om te relaxen, evenals een zwembadje om af te koelen. Zelf zijn we alleen gaan zwemmen in de lagune, daar dat op 5 min lopen is en toch net wat specialer.

Cons:

Niet al het personeel spreek een woordje Engels, wat in ons geval niet hielp daar bij aankomst de geboekte kamer niet beschikbaar bleek. Na een Google translate conversatie kregen we echter een riante upgrade zonder bijkomende kosten. Het ontbijt is niet heel speciaal en de porties zijn vrij klein. Genoeg om op pad de gaan, maar in de buurt hebben we betere ontbijt opties gezien.

Soy ARMY y mi visita al sureste,y en Bacalar la Diosa del Agua es parada obligada.
Fui la más feliz durante mi estancia. Sobre todo agradezco que conserven gran parte del restaurante de Jini's chiken
