Just satisfactory as they would have cancelled a confirmed booking if I had not called them.
Pros:

High quality and very good service.

Cons:

Unfortunately they sent me a message asking me to reconfirm a couple of days earlier when I was travelling without wifi! Threatening to cancel if I don’t reconfirm although I had already booked the room and provided credit card details.

Pros:

The staff was beyond amazing! When we got there, we had a flat tyre. We were driving ahead and were stuck. The staff went way beyond what was required and got it fixed for us. Amazing service!!
